Rocketnet is amazing
Rocketnet has been an absolute breeze, from contacting them, installation to service providing. Would recommend them anytime.

Rain was not dependable in my experience.
Constant problems with the signal. A struggle to cancel and pathetic waiting times when you phone the store, endless automated messages. Very unpleasant experience.

Horrible Service
Horrible experience. They can't resolve any issues. Went in time after time to cancel a contract, I am still phoned with promotional deals on the contract that was supposedly canceled. Staff are rude and unhelpful.

Milky Lane Matlosana Mall
The employees at the Milky Lane in Matlosana Mall in Klerksdorp, are quite rude. We weren't helped in a friendly manner, continuous argument over how the prices have changed but it does not show on the ads.

Non-existent statements
Telkom never sends a statement, I am unable to link my account online and manage it. You are unaware if the debit orders are allocated to your account and what the running balance is. Poor customer service and endless phone calls without any progress. What a disaster!
