So I called in to find out how much my settlement on my contract would be on my Telkom then Telkom went and cancelled my contract then kept debiting from my account eve. Though the contract was cancelled then when I reversed the debit seeing that they *******ly cancelled my contract they threaten to blacklist me
This place is ******, they dont accomodate black people, they dont even open for black people
Parts salesman Johan from Motus Renualt Vereeniging is the worst!!!!! he sold me a mirro12/04/2024 with my vehicle Vin Number told me the mirror would be in on Tuesday15/04/2024, no communication at all only got a call yesterday to collect the mirror for the right side of my vehicle, seeing that he ordered the mirror according to my vin number I was expecting the same Mirror I was replacing, but no I got a mirror that doesn't look like mine apparently it's a sticker thing that he never mentioned to me when I ordered the mirror with the vin number now i have to wait for the following week for him to do the right thing , im not happy with Renault Vereeniging at all, The Parts manager tried to hear me out and was very friendly.
After standard bank rejected my claim for something that was supposed to be done by them, they still have the nerve to offer me a life insurance. i already cancelled my car insurance with them and will soon cancel the home insurance too because I'm paying for nothing, even with the car insurance I paid for nothing!!! standard bank is a scam.
due to heavy rains for the past month my Roof started leaking from the rainwater and the ceiling fell, standard bank rejected my claim because apparently, I didn't have water proofing on my roof which i was never told about, an inspection was not requested when I joined the insurance i was never told about the water proofing, only when I claimed for them to fix my roof. i hate standard bank and they are very racial and never help black people willingly its always pillar to post. their call center is the worst. the staff is terrible rude and impatient and liars
Very bad service from standard bank, the did fraud on my Vehicle finance account put in insurance i never signed or asked for , iv been taken from pillar to post when i try to cancel the insurance i never signed for, also i tried claiming for home insurance since my geyser burst iv not gotten any feedback nor reference number from them, their lines are always busy or not answered at all. im sick and tired of standard bank
So my mom took in her Np200 for service at Nissan Vanderbijlpark then they drove my mom's bakkie and were involved in an accident with it. Then they fixed it behind her back took it to the panel beater and re sprayed it and all without our knowledge. When my mom went to pick up her bakkie she noticed funny sounds and they had forgotten the damaged light they replaced at the back of the bakkie. Now NISSAN doesn't want to take responsibility for this. My mom bought that bakkie brand new and refuses to take a panel beaten car back incase of further problems, now they want to buy that car from my mother for R70.000
