Placed and paid for an order and I was informed that it will be shipped after 4 weeks, I then asked them to cancel as I needed the items before then. It’s now the 3rd just sending them emails and they are no longer replying to emails. Bad service from Philisiwe Mbelu
Returned an item for cancellation, they confirmed they received it’s been over 3 weeks now they still haven’t refunded back my funds. First of all they charged me courier fees to the return the item never heard of any company doing that but I was okay anyway. What makes me mad is them not cancelling the order and refunding me.
I placed an order on the 27th of November, 8 days later the order was not delivered I then sent an email to enquire because there was no communication from them I was then told “they had a problem with stock “ okay cool I then asked Tamrun Beath to cancel the order since last week he/she hasn’t rep**** to my email and neither was the order canceled.😡
I called early august to request cancellation just after I have the aid end of July for the month of august since it’s prepaid you pay in advance, I was advised that’s late debit will end of August I didn’t understand why but I thought oh well you know, they then fetched their router and the sim was deactivated end of august but they still debited on the 25th of September. I tried calling them and their number rings to voicemail, there’s no email address on their website to log queries. I want my money back and please cancel all debit
I called last year july requesting settlement letters for early cancellation, one of their agent sent me all three of my settlements and advised me to send proof of payments of which I did, debits were canceled since then. Fast forward to march this year 2023 Vodacom debits my account, I then called to find out why as I have “settled my accounts” , I advised that they will investigate and give me feedback. Next thing I get an email from MBD that Vodacom handed me over to them, HOW? While I’m still waiting for feedback from their, while I believe I have settled my accounts I even have the proof of payments and early cancellation settlement letters?????🤬
I ordered boxes since Monday and I’ve been given a runaround, I had to call them everyday until they decided to deliver today only to find that the quantity on my invoice was wrong , I informed the driver and at first he said I need to place another order with the correct quantity I then told him I can’t do that because I’ve been waiting for this order since Monday and I’m tired of busy calling you cos no one bothers to call me and update me about my order, he then said to me “okay let me park my truck on the designated parking I’m coming” and he left just like that.
As I’m writing this review today I’m tired, your client service is very bad. I’m still waiting for my refund after I have complained about bad service from the Durban branch and Charleston called on the 15th and requested my documents that was the last time I had from him, he never acknowledged recieving the documents and I have sent numerous emails for feedback but he never responded
Webuycars as whole as a company is 🚮, they don’t call you for updates you have to be the one who calls them, yesterday I spoke to Elvis Durban branch and he hunged up on me, I bought a car online I want my refund. I’m not happy with their service shem
