I am so annoyed by this stage with their accounts department. So when you are down and out - make arrangements to pay - they flat ignore it. You get phone calls 5 - 6 times daily and on top of it all - ON A SUNDAY? Like really? Do they not have notes on one's profile? Seriously guys, get it together. I am not at all happy and once my account is done - you will never hear from me again.

Debt counseling, absolutely the worst customer service I have ever encountered. I have been put under debt review, no court order obtained, no fees paid from the company to my creditors- I paid them myself. I cancelled this process after completing the form 16 - now I have to pay them R2500 to get my name cleared but no work was done from their side? Is this how they operate?
We make use of their services on a regular basis and am so pleased with the service as we never have to wait long for assistance, there is no come-backs and the staff is excellent at what they do. Thank you.
