This is the 2nd time for the month that the internet is down! It is 21 hours later and there is still no update yet. It is a huge inconvenience and disruption as we need fibre to work! Mweb is not interested to following up with Link layer! I have to keep following up and the feedback is the same. Link layer service levels are pathetic and the person that responds to whatsapp messages is extremely rude! I am actively cancelling and moving over to a new provider
Absolutely pathetic food quality. Ordered: *Strips feast deluxe: -did not have 6 zinger strips, had to take 5 and 1 normal -5 pieces chicken had no taste & salt. Tasted like boiled chicken -No zinger or colonel dipping sauce *zinger box master: - no zinger sauce *mash & gravy: -extremely dark in color and burned Wasted R260 on this order. Tried calling the customer care line, they of no use,the agent said she cannot do anything and to call the store. It was 20h50 and the store closed at 9pm. Their line was engaged til 9pm, most probably took the phone off the hook!
Absolutely disappointed with service received from Absa Life. Missed a debit due to the change of my banks. I called to make a manual payment but was advised by the consultant that i donot have and that it would be covered under the policy and to just pay the normal premium at the end of the month. The debit did not go off and the policy lapsed and they are now requesting me to pay about R2500 to re-instate my policy. Or i mus start from the beginning with a new policy. Thia would not have happened if the consultant had not misinformed me. According to Absa they cannot find that call recording which is so weird as all calls are recorded and i provided them with screen shots of the date and time with number i called. I have been a client for over 20 years with Absa. Had my bond with them and all my policies. Now i must loose all my premiums paid for my policy due to an *********** consultant and Absa covering up for their staff!!!
I have never met such an unprofessional person who is supposed to be a animal ***** but had no care for animals. My husband had a small fall out with the vet a few months ago as he was not happy with the level of service received. Nevertheless, due to convenience, i booked an appointment for my 7 month old puppy to get spayed. I provided all the details to the receptionist and she was aware that my puppy had been to them. We took time off from work to drop our furbaby off. We starved her from 8pm the night before. We had a 9h30 appointment. The unprofessional inhumane piece of **** made us carry our puppy into his rooms, stress her out on an empty stomach just to make sure he embarrassed us. He asked us why did we come back. Why dont we go to another vet. He doesnt want to put our puppy under anesthetic and do anything wrong..like who the hell says that! He was so arrogant. The issue the last time was he refused to treat my sick puppy cos my husband didnt have the medical aid card with fund loaded. Yet he had all of my puppys history and my husband carrying a sick puppy begged him to treat her and he would go home and come back.
Has anyone else had a problem with the mc donalds app when trying to redeem deals or the point that you have earned? This seems to be an ongoing issue. Its happened to me and to other people i know. You earn points and when you try to use those points to redeem something it says "content not available". It then appears after a few days again and the same thing happens. This is so embarrassing and then you end up paying cash for it. Totally misleading and deceiving.
Fnb is robbing the customers.we dont normally look at the fees they charge. When you swipe your card, the purchase is deducted immediately from your account. Should you have R500 in your account and you purchase for R500. The R500 is deducted immediately and your account balance is R0. Then when the company you purchased from banks their money after a few days or a week, FNB charges you a fee again as there is no money in your account regardless of the fact that the money was already deducted at the time of purchase. This does not make sense at all. That means if i purchase for R500 on the 1st of feb. I need to make sure i still have another R500 in my account til the 5th of feb. If i dont they charge you a fee of more than R270. They charged me a fee of R270 for a cwrd swipe of R330 and a R90 fee for swipe of R25. Please can this bank be investigated as this is not good customer etiquette Thank You
Always having internet issues. Last Sunday was done whole day. Today internet is down from the morning. After calling my service provider mweb to complain, it came up after 2pm and went down again shortly. Other companies dont have a problem. Linklayers service is pathetic!
Fibre went down around 4pm on 31/12/2022. Fault was reported. Til this very moment we still have no fibre. It comes up for a few hours and goes off! Totally pathetic service for a long weekend. We were having a party on new years eve and had to buy data on our phones for streaming. And mweb never reimbursed me the last time this happened. I called and logged a complaint. They are supposed to reimburse customers for the hours of downtime. But they kept saying the task is logged and gone to billing but they just took their full premiums. I am not happy at all with this lack of service and ethic. I am sure they will lie and not credit my account again!
Absolutely pathetic service! Order was placed online and paid for at 18h51. Order was then checked in 1 minute later. The policy is that an order will be ready when checked in. I sat the queue for 45 minutes only to be told theres no chicken prepared! At 19h30, hungry after a 12 hour shift on my feet, being a health-care worker, i have no food!
An expected debit order of R399 went off my account on the morning of the 15th july 2022. Within hours i put in cash to accommodate for the debit. I understand a fee should be charged. I was charged a fee of R180. I just think this is an outrageous amount to be charged for a small debit. This is excluding the monthly fee we pay.
