THE BEST ONLINE TEAM BY FAR.
GreenLeaf Home has an exceptional "Online" service. My orders get placed, packed and sent in a matter of one day. It is so refreshing to still be able to communicate with a "human being" that knows exactly what she is doing and especially with sorting out any query (so promptly) you might have relating to an order. Thank you so much Raquel, you make online shopping from "GreenLeaf" a breeze.

EXCELLENT SERVICE EVERYTIME
I have had so much "excellent" service from "MyRunwaySale". I am kept up to date at all times, I can actually phone or email them if I have a query and each and every time, my queries are sorted immediately. Not only are their prices unbelievable, their service at all times are totally SUPERB and the service of the Courier company that they use is unbeatable. Thank you "MyRunwaySale" for your excellent service I have received from you, over the many years.

EXCELLENT SERVICE
On 07/08/2023 I placed an order with MyRunwaySales, on 08/08/2023, I was notified via cellphone and email that my order had been collected by the Courier (whom I also am highly satisfied with). I received my Order today and it is exactly what I ordered and best of all, their Prices are excellent. Thank you MyRunwaySale.

EXCELLENT SERVICE
I placed an Order with My Runway Sale on Thursday 07/09/2023 and received a notification from them today (Friday 08/09/2023), informing me that my Order/Parcel was on it's way to me. How great is that, I call it excellent service.

AN AMAZING ONLINE STORE
I love ordering from SUPERBALIST because, when an item is out of stock, they will let me know via email, the moment my Product and Size becomes available. I find that so amazing AND if you are not satisfied with your purchase, they will collect it "Free of Charge" How Amazing is that?. 10/10 for SUPERBALIST

THIEVERY AT IT'S BEST
I PLACED AN ONLINE ORDER ON 06/10/2022 FOR A PAIR OF COURT SHOES AND HEARD NOTHING FROM. THEIR LANDLINE AND CELL PHONE NUMBERS ARE NOT ANSWERED. THIS MORNING I CHECKED THE STATUS OF MY ORDER, WHICH SAID "CANCELLED", BUT THEY TOOK MY MONEY FROM MY BANK ACCOUNT AND DID NOT REFUND ME. THIS IS THIEVERY AT IT'S BEST. MY WORST ONLINE EXPERIENCE EVER.

NO COMPLAINTS
I have been buying from Snatcher for quite a few years now. I query an item before I buy it and have always received a response within that same day, sometimes an immediate response. I bank on their timeframe (which is important). On two occassions I have been notified of delays, but otherwise spot on. Not forgetting, you get exactly what you pay for. I really am a Snatcher supporter.

AFTER SALES SERVICE
THE ASSISTANCE THAT I RECEIVED FROM "MY RUNWAY" WAS EXCELLENT FROM START TO FINISH, EVEN WHEN MY ORDER WAS HIJACKED, I WAS KEPT IN THE LOOP AND COULD SALVAGE 90% OF MY ORDER ALSO I WAS NOTIFIED THAT MY "RE-ORDER" WAS ON IT'S WAY. NOW THAT IS WHAT I WOULD CALL "EXCELLENT SERVICE".
