I received a very poor service in Boksburg Sunward today, the waiter gave us bad attitude and cold shoulder to everything was requesting. Cappuccino did not come with biscuits, no serviettes Cappuccino was cold bacon was dry, the waiter did not to give us the special menu, was at the restaurant for more than 20 minutes without being attended. Forgot to give slices that I requested π ππ. Took forever for everything had to leave early because of service.
I would like to write a review about Cartrack, I had the worse experience spend 13 hours on the road. The service provider Tow Truck was very unprofessional and harassed me even swearing at me while on the call with constants from CarTrack. Driver refused to drop me at the my destination calling all names but took my car to the battery center and took off the car from his truck and left me for 5 hours the CarTrack told me they canβt give another driver was stranded for 13 hours.
I had the worse experience with the cashier named Sbongile was in till no: today 12/08/2025, she even told me to report her name is Sbosh said that with an attitude ππ. This is not the first time having bad attitude from cashier in that store. Please fix this with your stuff.
I logged a return last two weeks ago they told me that the parcel was not collected but it was collected then told me they are still investigating since I have not received their feedback.
I logged a return same day as I received my delivery, following day the 8th of November courier guy picked up the parcel for return on the 9th I kept received messages that the parcel was not collected. I contacted Zando help line and they have been saying they are investigating till today, I follow up daily they don't have update all they tell me is they are investigating.
π‘π‘π‘π‘π‘π‘π‘π‘π‘π‘π‘π‘π‘π‘I bought a pair of shoes at Rage on the 30th June, I used the shoe twice on the second day of wearing sole cracked went to on the 11th Rage in Vosloorus Gold Spot wearing the same teared shoe. They refused to exchange without a box I asked them if I should go home like that told me they can't help me without a box I had purchase slip with me. I went back today on the 20th of July the escalated with customer care Tsholofelo Miya customer care Lead said this is after 7 day I must read the slip with an attitude then told me to write an email to customer care but they will not refund me. I am so frustrated because sales consultant Gugulethu Mdlalose who I spoke to said this is a factory fault taking to another sales consultant first day I came they said they don't know what to do a lot of people are returning for the same issue. I want my money back and they refused.
