Graze restaurant my colleagues and I went for buffet dinner,we ate food when we asked for Tap water we told water is sold,am totally disappointed I went to many buffets to other restaurants we were offered lemon water,Water with ice cubes for free,water is life and for the price we paid for I believe it was supposed to be offered,
The monthly subscription changes every time,I am so angry I can't pay different amount every month it's not fair.Dstv is loosing customers every day because of these changing amounts every month!
I was not helped regarding my disconnection I paid the extra unknown amount of R330 so I would not recommend anyone to use Dstv I am still unhappy because from R 630 I am still expected to pay extra R330 and they said they have nothing they can do to help cancel that dstv insurance,how come?it's their unknown insurance but they can't help customers!helo Peter I need the recorded calls that say I agreed to the insurance for further investigation!
I am getting tired now, everytime I pay but still I get disconnected I am confused what is my monthly subscription from R630 I must pay R837, everymonth it's a new subscription.I am so upset I really do not know what to do anymore with this service it's the worst I ever got.
Dstv will be the 2nd time I get disappointed and dissatisfaction for the last 2 months when I go pay monthly subscription I saw an abnormal outstanding balance and pay my normal one (from R602 they want me to pay R1117)I chat on watsapp with agents they said it's weaver and will be reversed,till today its not and my dstv is suspended I cant watch my shows so they did not reverse it I still have an unknown balance.
I confirmed and cancelled the contract to my surprise I am being taken to the attorneys I am really confused Hellopeter please help I am not happy with this kind of service and treatment clearly shows the contract was not cancelled.
I have cancelled with the unlimited September but they still debit on my account when I went to the bank they say the unlimited blocked my bank account to be unable to reverse them.Hellopeter please assist I want a cancellation altogether.
Someone called from head office and never mentioned her name and she just asked if I am a customer or not and said she will escalate the matter,but still I haven't got any response or feedback so I want to know what it is I need to do now I sent email to payroll@lewisgroup.co.za and to BiancaD@lewisgroup.co.za and still no response I really need that document. Follow up can be done at branch 548 Vanderbilt branch.Hellopeter can you assist I really lost hope.Is it really difficult to get this document?Why other companies give within a day?
I am disappointed 2nd time around I really wished to write a good review because hellopeter is not about bad reviews we also write good reviews when we happy and satisfied with services but Lewis is not fair to me and I am unhappy it's the 2nd time with this experience I requested a ui19 from HR on the 2nd November 2022 and called head office ,they said it only takes 7 days to get it but today it's the 15th November 2022 and no response or any communication (branch at Vanderbilt) Hellopeter pls help me and I really wish to never ever need anything from this company ever I have been hurt and waiting too long.
I am dissatisfied and dissapointed in such a big store where customers are treated poorly I was at a till to withdraw my cash send to do payment for my groceries when a cashier Nteboheng Komane(Thabong sebokeng branch) told me Nedbank vouchers do not draw money I told her sms says I can draw at boxer but she refused to help then I went to another till and another cashier without hesitation withdraw for and I went back to that cashier and showed her but still she said it doesn't draw, hellopeter help I felt ignorance and stinky attitude she never even apologized even when I showed her Nedbank voucher you can draw I felt stupid.
