I signed up for the course, hoping to gain valuable insights and practical training for a side job that would earn me extra income. What I got was a complete waste of time and money. The course consisted solely of reading materials and downloading systems and guides, with no practical training or useful information. I kept going through it, hoping for something more, but it never came. It was basically just a bunch of unhelpful documents with no real-world application. The "test" at the end was laughable—simple, irrelevant questions that didn’t prepare me for anything real in the job market. Then, after I got the certificate, I checked the job portal and found the same jobs I had already app**** to on multiple other sites and got rejected from. Worse, many of them were just ****s. When I asked for a refund, I was told I couldn’t get one because I’d “completed the course.” This is despite their advertised “90 Day Money Back Guarantee”, which says: "Changed your mind? No problem! Just get in touch with us, and we will refund you the full amount for your training and certification. We understand that life happens and plans change, so don’t worry about getting a refund if you change your mind." But when I tried to get my refund, they came up with every excuse possible to deny me. Their terms and conditions were nowhere to be found when I signed up, and I feel completely misled and taken advantage of. The job portal is full of positions requiring full experience—nothing like the basic, pointless "training" they provide. I feel ****med out of R399 and would strongly advise anyone to steer clear of this platform. Do NOT waste your money on this course. It's a total ****.
The waxing of my brow and lip was exceptional, the lady was meticulous with her work. As for my manicure, I am truly disappointed. I understand I do have short nails, and am weak as I have an autoimmune disease. But I did ask before getting the manicure, if it is worth getting done, let alone painted. She did not do a good job. Even after painting my nails looks like a child got hold of my hands. I am dissapointed I wasted R195 from my R300 gift card!

PICK N PAY RCS CREDIT SERVICE SUCKS!!! EVERY MONTH THEY HAVE ISSUES WITH THE CARD PINS, AND WHEN THE CLIENT GOES INTO THE STORE TO PURCHASE, THEY GET EMBARRESED WHEN IT DECLINES THE CARD. THEN YOU CALL THE 0861 NUMBER TO EAT UP YOUR AIRTIME, CAUSE THEY ARE SO SLOW AND CONFUSED! TO ALWAYS BE TOLD THE SAME NONSENSE OVER AND OVER, THEY ARE AWAITING FEEDBACK ON WHY THERE IS A PIN ERROR. BUT THE WORST IS NO CLIENT OR EVEN PNP MANAGEMENT IS INFORMED OF THESE DAILY ISSUES! NOW I TRIED TO RESET MY PIN TO GET TOLD IT WON'T WORK. SO I HAVE BEEN ON THE PHONE FOR OVER 15 MINUTES, TO ONLY BE TOLD, NOTHING CAN BE DONE, AS THEY ARE AWAITING FEEDBACK FROM THE TECHNICAL DEPARTMENT! I SPOKE TO A MANAGER AT PNP AND THEY ADVISED THERE IS SEVERAL CLIENTS THAT HAVE THE SAME ISSUE EVERY DAY, AND CLIENTS ARE CANCELLING THE ACCOUNT DUE TO THE INCOMPETANT SERVICE FROM RCS AND PNP SERVICE!
There is NOTHING about Food *****s Tokai that can make you love that market!! The fruit alone is always rotten and I love how they con people saying 2 for R amount, when most of the fruit inside the punnets are all full of mould and rot! The raspberries were 2 for the price of R10, but when you see the fruit close up it is full of mould! The strawberry punnets as well. The bakery section is a joke how it is all open for view, but nothing to protect the food from flies/insects, let alone people walking by and talking over the foods! There is no Health protocol for the foods! We purchased pet biltong for the price of R55.76 to come home and it's sour and has mould patches all over the biltong. But it's hilarious that the staff put all the non mouldy pieces at the top of the packaging and hide the rot underneath. Let alone we purchased a full cabbage for the price of R19.99, to once again have to throw most of it away, cause it is all soggy and brown leaves. I am shocked that such a large corporation would allow their company to sell such disgusting stock to the public!! I would never recommend any food *****s market to anyone!
ONE OF THE WORST CREDIT PROVIDERS EVER!!! I recently opened a PnP account. I settled the account at the end of September. To this day, the monies have not been allocated to the account. We keep on getting SMS's and calls saying we are over due. I paid via the RCS Self Service PNP website. I even received a proof of transaction. We have tried explaing to the people on the phone, and when they call us they cannot assist. I have emailed them several times and still no luck!!!! This has become so bad, that even when you try call the call centre, it is all press numbers and not even then do you get anyone on the phone, and when you do it cuts off after you get to even speak!!! then you get put on hold!!!! I cannot believe this matter has been going on for so long!!! All we want is our monies is allocated!
EVERY DAMN MONTH THE PERSONAL LOANS DEPARTMENT DEDUCTS FROM MY ACCOUNT WITH OUT NOTIFICATION, TILL THE LAST MINUTE! I REQUESTED SEVERAL TIMES FOR THE DEBIT ORDER TO BE CANCELLED AS MY WIFE MAKES EFT ON THE 27TH OF EACH MONTH AND EVEN EMAILS THE PLADMIN EMAIL ADDRESS. IT IS NOT MY DAMN FAULT THAT THE MONIES TAKE LONGER TO REFELCT ON THE SYSTEM, MY WIFE IS NEDBANK AS WELL, IT IS PERSONAL LOANS PROBLEM ISSUE ALL THE TIME. TO DEDUCT AN AMOUNT WITH OUR PRIOR NOTIFCATION IS DISGUSTING!!! LET ALONE I HAVE HAD THE ACCOUNT INVESTIAGTED PERVIOUSLY AND WAS INFORMED I AM NOT IN ARREARS, BUT YET EACH MONTH THE SYSTEM SAYS I AM. I HAVE ASKED ON NUMEROUS OCCASIONS FOR THIS ISSUE TO BE REOLVED BUT NEDBANK DOES NOTHING!! EVERYTIME IT IS A FIGHT TO GET OUR MONIES BACK!!!!
Nedbank is quick to take your money, but when you want a refund then they send you to several different departments, and even make up a department up that no one has even heard of!!!! I have been on the phone for 30 mins trying to just get a refund!!!!
Good day, On the 6th Feb 2023, monies were deducted from my husband's account without his consent. When we contacted the collections department last week 11th Feb Saturday, Karen advised it was an error on their side, we are not in arrears, and that the refund shall reflect as of the 13th Feb Monday. Tuesday 14th Feb we called to follow up to only be advised we need to send through a proof of payment, which was not informed to us in the first place, we email the POP to PLAdmin@nedbank.co.za. The colleague advised he received it and will process the refund on Case number - 640 744 30. Wednesday 15th Feb we called again for another colleague to advise that all is in order and in the same PLAdmin email I should request feedback once the refund is in order. Thursday 16th Feb, I spoke to a LesegoT@nedbank.co.za, to advise me she cannot find the POP and I must email it to her directly. I did so, and she advised she will escalate the refund and the money will be in the account no later than Friday. 17th Feb Friday, we call again, to be told it is being processed and by COB Friday the monies will reflect. 18th Feb Saturday, I spoke to SEVERAL different agents, 1 hung up on me after fighting to speak to a TL, as I was frustrated in hearing that there is nothing to be done and I have to wait for next week for the refund to process, when I asked to speak to a TL, I was advised all are in meetings. After saying I will hold till he finds one, I was told as this is not my account (as I am the wife) he hung up, even though at the very beginning of the call I advised him that my HUSBAND the ACCOUNT HOLDER is here to FICA. I then had to call AGAIN to speak to a GABBY to then assist, but then she transferred me back in the queue after wanting to speak to a TL again. I now spoke to another lady in collections, she said she has escalated and will get a TL to call me. This refund process has been going on since last Saturday. This is past the 24-48 hours let alone the 3-5 working days process! All we are wanting is our money refunded!!! I have even emailed the complaints department today, cause this has now become past the point of frustrating. You are happy to deduct monies without consent, but the minute we have the right to get it back, we have to fight for it! The service from the customer service department is past the point of pathetic and disgusting!! 😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡
As long as I have been with miway, there Roadside Assist service are excellent aswell as claims
