I reported the matter to capfin , as they saw my review here ,they quickly called me 2 weeks ago .promised to assist me ,as they claiming I took a loan from them 2013 I called several times to comfim ,indeed on their system it appears I took a loan .they asked me to send them an affidavit I did, I asked for a contract of that loan and all details. They ghosted me don't reply even in raids. Their Consultant don't even know what they saying. I called DMC as well they said capfin gas never send them anything regarding my profile about the loan. But all of their Consultant claim I was handed over to DMC .I'm definitely taking a legal route and ncr hope they also help me quickly. I will expose capfin I'm definitely sure there's more victims. I never took a loan from capfin.
Can you kindly remove yourself on my credit report, I never had any loan you claim I had , this information is incorrect and you ruining my credit report.
I just called capfin because I wanted them to update my numbers I was using to log in while I was trying to apply for a loan .I never had any loan with capfin I was just trying to apply .but then I was told I was handed over to DMC for a loan I took 2013 .I didn't take any loan with capfin and I was not even qualifying for a loan at that time .now they ruining my credit score. I really need to escalate this matter , I cannot be handed over for something I never had .what a ****
Since from Thursday everyone in my area ,we don't have internet, yet we have paid Zoom fibre. We've tried almost everything, contacting them via WhatsApp, emails and calling them .instead their Consultant are irritated and don't know what they saying and they end chats as soon as possible, this company don't give a damn ,so if that's the case guys we should be escalating this matter to ombudsman .come month end they'll be cutting off again internet connection because they'll be expecting us to pay .forgetting they owe us so many days .I need to cancel this nonsense...they'll be sending an automated response just now .
I've been complaining about zoom fibre for the longest time , we pay our Services but most of us we don't have network. Today since from morning and they no longer respond to any enquiries. Even their consultants on WhatsApp just respond once then close the chats without any solution. Imagine running a business using zoom fibre .I don't think frim next month I'll be using this service provider .it's been a long time I cannot complain like this .rather I find a better service provider.
Zoom fibre can we have internet, guys we are using your services for our businesses .now customers are leaving because we can't work .theres no internet. But we are paying you guys . How many times are we going to beg you in this platform to do the right thing by your customers . I so wish someone can recommend another company I can use for internet because wow .this zoom fibre in Orange farm ,everyone is crying . They'll tell you stories after stories .please dont even try to call me .I need internet. No phone calls .
Edgars Evaton Mall supervisor Linkey. I believe this lady ,she's older than me ,but she has a very bad attitude towards customers ,and she's not even shaken or scared to do so .as you can see that's what she always does. I visited Edgars today to return an item. Out of few items I bought .I only had to return one item .but instead I found a supervisor who was called to authorize having a bad attitude, she verbally attacked me . I even tried to to calm her down and handle the situation because there were other customer behind me. I was so embarrassed after I realized she was not joking. She meant to attack me .she went on by complaining about how I didn't buy the item from their store .and how they are losing and paying .I tried to explain i buy here at edgars .im their regular customer. She was not convinced .its like she wanted to embarrassed me on purpose and her voice was loud .I had to stop communicating with her and listen to her to do as she pleases with me .if that's what makes her day I had to let her be . My day is ruined .I'm so embarrassed. But then hopefully one day she will meet a customer who will match her energy .no customer could have tolerated what I have tolerated .
Our business has been affected yet again ,since morning we don't have internet. We trying all channels to contact zoom fibre but there's no assistance at all .I don't know how many times I write about zoom fibre .this is quite upsetting. Everyday there's internet issues .today since morning it's past midday. We have to close the business and go home . Again the only thing we see is our packages has been increased. I ended up signing up for a R240 package it went to R250 .its okay i understand. Now its R320 .of which there was no communication at all .no contract told me about that .they just decided to upgrade my package without my concern. I think it's high time we do exactly as we said .report such business to ombudsman. Because they doing as they please with customers. Forgetting consumers right .I'm definitely reporting you guys. Because when we ask you to cancel our contracts you don't.
I tried to call you guys last year from day one i saw this DPP decoder payment plan on my credit score, most of your Consultant denied knowing anything about this product. This thing is affecting my credit score . I don't know nothing about opening a plan on the 15th of April 2024 . I was on a month to month contract with dstv .so what is this DPP .I'm definitely going to report you to ombudsman and all relevant departments. Because you think all customers are stupid and will let you get away with this thing of robbing customers day light. You'll remove this thing on my credit report. Because I'm not gonna rest till this thing is removed.
I paid my service yesterday, they keep sending messages that my service has been suspended, after so many attempts trying to email ,call and WhatsApp them to fix my internet issue .I don't have internet but I have paid .my business is getting affected, had to spend extra money to get internet to continue with my work . Zoom fibre service has been poor since .I'm not a happy customer
