Very poor customer service. It takes the Richards bay branch 3 days to deliver to Empangeni, which is only 20km. The person answering the phone was no help.
Not sure why we pay R115 for shipping. My parcel came which is a Christmas gift. Box completely ruined. i have emailed multiple times to try and get some help to know avail! You dont even have a number to contact someone to which you can actually speak too!! Im very very frustrated . The box is not even in bubble wrap, so no wonder it is ruined!
Ive placed an order on the 15th of December, upon check out, it said normal delivery takes 3 working days. My parcel has not left the floor until the 18th of December and then the email said 5 days, which means I wont get the gift in time for Christmas. Ive emailed numerous of times with no response. Ive eventually dialed the courier company and they said the item was still on the floor and has not left yet . The service is really not good, communication is not good and the service you promise is not being delivered.
Awful awful customer service Their website is of no help, and when I phoned to ask why will my account will be deducted even though I cancelled the loan application the consultant did not give me time to finish speaking and really treated me like i am stupid. Please stay away, they have no customer service skills
please stay away! The doctor lists is with doctors that you can't make an appointment so you sit forever, and then when they help you and they don't have stock of the certain medication, and you need a prescription , Dis chem health does not cover for the prescription, because according to them they pay the doctors to keep the medication to dispense, so the patient is impacted by the doctor that does not keep every single medication and dis chem basically penalize the patient because the doctor does not keep the medication. So I'm not sure what the scripts are that they say they cover and this was not explained when I took out this policy. I already cancelled by insurance. Such a waste
I've actually had it with Affinity's poor customer service and the consultants clearly not providing the same information. A month or so ago I had to see the GP, went to the network doctor and as per Affinity's info went to clicks to give in my script, Affinity did not pay ANY of the medication the dr perscribed being a high schedule according to clicks, the consultant then said the GP should have known to prescribed what Affinity covers, so If I am understanding correctly the GP needs to change his diagnoses and try and think of some other medication, even if it does not do what its needed so it suits Affinity. After my daughter queried everything the consultant said next time when you are at clicks quickly phone and we will speak to clicks to see alternative medication. So 2 weeks ago I had to see the orto specialist where I got pre aith for, however the ortho requires upfront payment, I phoned Affinity and was told that is fine just send the proof of payment slip and Affinity will contact the dr and request further info, and so I did and it took Nicole days to ask for the reimburment form and invoice and then 5 days to return my email requesting the tarrif code, which means for me to phone the dr and ask this code and probably wait another week for her to reply asking more details. The Specialist sent me for bloodtest and whilst at Lancet my daughter phoned asking for pre auth, the consultant did not have knowledge of the test and I sent through the lancet form which was also said to me with my GP visit a month ago, pre auth will be given after a whatsapp in 5 mins. Lancet said their codes and affinity codes are not the same and they cannot wait for Affinity to one day get back to me, but they did eventually 3HOURS later. So at clicks with my script if almost R500 Affinity covered fuat over R70, so as previously advised I tried phoning affinity and no answer. The pharmacist waited and waited an he couldnt anymore so that had to be paid. 40 minutes later I received a call regarding the medication where the consultant said that the dr needs to prescribe someting else, after I said to her I already had to purchase the medication and there is not alternative. Your sales agents are ABSOLUTELY amazing at selling this product but for me personally after that uts been a downwards spiral! With all the added extra's, is it worth it? I am being truly honest the pharmacist at Clicks empangeni sighed when I gave him my affinity card and his exact words was they like to quickly debit order your money and sent you a fancy card, but they dont like paying. Scary
