Firstly I want to say that cell c customer service is of the poorest. Unfriendly, disrespectful, *********** and don't know how to speak to a customer. At one stage cell was the best but truthfully said it went from good to extremely bad ! On the 24th of July 2023 they have suspended 2 cell c numbers "to do not being paid" but payment has been made on the 7th of July 2023. When you ask them to help you on how the app works they get unfriendly! This is not the way to treat Loyal customers! Customers that has been with cell c for more then 20 years! If this matter is not resolved within the next 24 hours then I will contact them again and demand to reimbursed my full payment that has been made and write a open letter of an apology for the discomfort they have caused.
I am very upset regarding Mitchum product. For years I've been using this product and no problems I had. 2weeks ago I bought this product and it is causing me discomfort and it started to make a boil under my left arm pit. I want to get compensate for the discomfort and pain I am going through.
All my years that I can remember I was with Telkom, never had a problem with them, they are quick in answering their calls when you call customer care services and their data plans are so much affordable..the day before yesterday I received my invoice from them and I saw something that caught my eye...on my invoice there was an additional R53 added to my billing statement..so, when I asked them about it they told me that I subscribed to 2 other services. I was shocked and told the lady I never subscribe to any other services and that it was wrongfully added on to my normal billing statement...I kindly told the lady that under no circumstances am I going to pay for something I did not subscribe to and kindly asked her to take it off..she said unfortunately she can't and I must still pay before the 6th of February 2023 the outstanding amount of R53...I told her I am not going to pay it and she told me if I don't pay it they will cancel my subscription that I have with them for the WiFi data I pay every month..and the amount is R250 every month..I told her if that is their attitude towards their loyal customers then they must suspend my contact and reimbursed my full amount of R250 back into my Capitec account....she told me she will make a note onto her system that I am very unhappy and informed me that I must be carefully in the future not to subscribe to any other services...I was angry about this and told her I never subscribe to any other services...if this is their attitude towards their customers they will regret my next move and that is to write this review on hellopeter.com and make sure that I will expose them for their services and the lack of knowledge on how to treat their customers.
I'm very disappointed in Catmore food...my kitten died this morning in my arms due to your incompetence lack of knowledge and doesn't care... also that they promote false advertising and they are a misleading company...who is going to pay for vet bills ? Who is going to pay for my little one funeral to get her cremated...me...and what will this company do ? Nothing....
For some reason sassa srd keeps on saying that I have other source of income and it is a lot of bull****..I have all the proof regarding the months they told me that I have "other source of income" and I am furious and outrageous and want answers and want want is by law legally mine.
Good day.. eversince sassa started the srd there is a huge problem regarding my out come ! For some reason some idiot keeps on saying that I have other source of income and and all occasions I have the proof form my banking details that there IS NO OTHER SOURCE OF INCOME.. This is ridiculous and outrageous and that they keep on with some silly excuses...I told them that I will go to the media and other media platforms to get my money what is by law legally mine and will fight to the end. I don't know if this is a racist thing or what ?
My review is as follow regarding the help I've got from the lottoland support group by helping me to reset my account...over the last few months a lot has happened to me..on several occasions I had to sell a couple of my goods just so that I could put food on the table. Also with that I have forgotten password of my old accounts that was stored on my phone's I had and for some time I did not have any contact to the outside world..now he of this nonsense Lotto land can't help me and I've tried to EXPLAIN TO THEM SO MANY TIMES THAT IVE FORGOTTEN PASSWORD, MY BANK ACCOUNT WAS CLOSED DUE TO THE FACT THAT THERE WAS NO MONEY IN IT !!! But do you think they care about that ! NO !!!! If they can't help me to reset my account then I will make a big scene just to get there attention
