I would like to give a compliment to Zama at Sasol Disa a male petrol attendant. When I first met Zama was when I went to pour petrol while the truck to refill was there. The other guy shouted at me as I drove in, in a very rude manner telling me to go there is no petrol. Zama then directed my car to an empty petrol tank and asked me very politely with a smile how much petrol I needed I then told me and he assisted me. That made such a huge difference his approach and how he spoke to me and he even apppologised which was not necessary as it was not his fault. Even again today he went out of his way to assist me. He is such a gem Sasol Disa in Gqeberha has won with him.
I replaced my car battery just last year April two months later took my car for a service and again later in the year for a service and again at the beginning of this year. Now this month I'm told I need to replace my battery again hardly 1yr 5months.I enquired with one of the places that replace batteries they laughed and said a battery life is 3-5 unless the battery was just recharged and the old battery was replaced again. I paid for a new battery to be installed. Also that what did they check during both services because checking the battery is part of the service. I am not paying for a new battery this is so unfair and I feel you are just making money out of me. Yes I do understand that warrenty of the battery is a year but I brought the car twice for a service and no one saw that. This is the worst service ever that I have received at ECM since my first car in 2011. I am so dissatisfied and disappointed
Today my Mom and I visited FNB Newton Park Cape Road Branch in Port Elizabeth and we were assisted by a lady named Aphiwe "Mankomo" oh what a wonderful and pleasant lady. She went out of her way to help us as my Moms account was frozen. She is so kind and patient. Our ticket no was 71 today on the 10/02/2024. We even did power of attorney on the account she was so patient with my Mom who is 82.FNB should know that she is gem.. Keep up the great work. Your service is outstanding..
I had the worst experience ever on the 04/12/2022 at 19h15. I used the drive through at Njoli when I got to window to pay the guy told me that the merchant machine was out of order and I had to pay cash. I didn't have a problem with that so I searched through my purse knowing that I do have notes. The way he shouted at me telling me I must come and pay inside the store and make quick as I am waiting his time he is in a hurry even showing to his wrist. I said to him he might as, well cancel my order and I left. I have never experienced such rudeness I also work in a customer facing environment and u can never ever speak to a customer in such a manner. I would not recommend that KFC to anyone and I will never ever buy there again.
I would like to commend Unathi Mlamleli such great service. My case and Law for all has been running since 2018 and that was just for a variation to claim on my ex husband's pension. So many people dealt with the case and hit dead ends but since he took over in 2020 things changed. Yes the lawyer law for all assigned me for my case did not assist until I decided to look for my own lawyer. During all that time Unathi persevered and never gave up he would find other avenues to assist like now that he has assisted with a claim to assist with legal fees. The thing that stands out for me is that he had more faith than I had he showed humility, kindness and fairness through out the case and he still is doing that. Knowing that I cannot afford my own lawyer due to financial constraints and being a single parent he just found a way. What an asset you have in your company. I could right an essay I had given up on law for all totally but Unathi saved the day. Enkosi enkosi enkosi kakhulu Unathi please retain him just for me he is such a gem your company is blessed to have him... From Nontsikelelo Mretho case ref no: C2877-7-2018
