<div>I have been with Nedbank for 35 years and their merchant help desk is non existent. Machine blocked without notice and not one person has reverted back to me for 6 hrs despite many mails being sent. Am absolute disgrace!! I used to have a designated manager who was let go on pension amd has not been replaced. Nedbank too busy upgrading useless banks instead.</div>

Still no assasor sent after a week This has been going on for a month !!! Social doesn’t seem to scare them at all.
I have 3 accounts with Vodacom and spend 7k a month. I altered a contract for my son and was promised telephonically that I could give a months notice. Now I discover that the salesperson sold me a 24 month contract 😡 Of course Voda have have not got back to me as promised in 24 hours !! Ref no :4085164521 Vodacom I want answers !!
Over 2 weeks and still no response Our ceiling is going to fall down and damage further done from rain. Dillon from Standard Bank called me and nothing is resolved yet. Worst insurance available. 20 years with them and most claims are repudiated. You cannot contact anyone via phone and they do not give a damn. The brokers earn comm yet you don’t even get to know your broker ever. Highly recommend you get a broker of your own when applying for a home loan
