I've tried several times to cancel an existing Cell C contract. Please can someone contact me via email to finalize the matter. Thank you.
Vumatel installed fibre at my property. The installation was illegal and non-compliant. Now that I am trying to sell the property, the electrical COC can not be signed off. Vumatel is contravention of section 6.4.1. Vumatel need to re-install the fibre line correctly at their own cost. I don't seem to be making any progress, despite logging a ticket. As this is urgent, please confirm when this will be rectified?
I pre-booked that my existing fibre connection be moved to a new address more than a month in advance. I'm now at my new address and have been trying to get connected for over a week. My emails and phone calls don't seem to be working. Please help urgently. Thanks.
I'm not an MTN customer and have never been before. My bank account keeps getting debited by MTN each month. I've tried contacting MTN via the phone but no luck. Please get in touch so that I can be refunded and stop future debit orders. Thanks.

<p>My homeloan bond is scheduled to be debited on the 7th of each month and has been for many years. Nedbank recently debited it almost two weeks early. I reported it to the Homeloan division (Shaun H). I spent over 40 minutes on the phone. I was told that it could take up to three days to be sorted out. It was never sorted out. I wonder how many other families Nedbank has crippled financially from a cashflow point of view? A mere ‘Apology for the inconvenience’ is unacceptable.</p>
