We have had this grass turf put in now for about 2 years. Please do not use this company!!! The product is decent, but you will not see them again once you have made the final payment. I tried calling them back cause we had moles and the turf was making a weird sound (think they skimmed on the adhesive). Phillip Laubscher won't take my calls or respond to e-mails.
Hi A deposit into my Easy Equities account does not reflect. Been trying to have it resolved for weeks now. However, even after sending the paperwork, there is no answer, just a random e-mail been sent every day. Can anyone assist please?
Dennebos / Pine Forest (Ceres) There is nothing magical about this forest anymore. Been there a few times - last time was a good few years ago. We booked a cottage (Rondavel) for 2. What we got was a shambles. Mould in the shower, broken panels, cramped space - the list is endless. On top of that their facilities were not available till Thursday (we arrived the Monday). Then they wanted to charge us for the facilities - an additional R80 for the use of 5 items. The putt-putt area had some of its carpets removed. We were told we could hire a TV, but when we got there we could no longer as the rondavel they gave us was not on the list. Then when we checked out we were informed that we had to wait 2 - 3 weeks for the security deposit. Please do not support them or waste your time. It's in a very sad state!
We have had our FTTH off for a week now. When we call Vox, they refer to Frogfoot as the problem. When we call back, all they do is log a ticket and indicate to wait for Frogfoot. Worst service ever received from them. But they want their money every month on the 1st.
We use to frequent this bakery as they had good good and good service. That has come to a halt!!! We went there a few weeks ago to buy some baked cheesecakes. What we got was hikrd up prices and cakes wrapped in foil - not boxes or packets. We returned our items because they were clinging to the foil. We then wrote to the bakery via their site. Their response? " thats what offer now - terrible food with terrible service." Please avoid them!!!

Would give a half a star if possible. I tried to get the Black Friday Compact deal. Tried all their platforms but no success. Left my details throughout the days for someone to contact me - they said it would take 48hours. Today is the 7th and still no one has come back. Had the same issue with the R19.95 rugby special. All the hoopalah but with no backup action. Have no sympathy for them when they complain that they lose customers. They are a prime example of an Un-South African company.
I have had the utmost pleasure and delight to deal with Kerianne Ogle this past week. I expected good service but what I received was beyond phenomenal service. From the time I loaded the claim with Kerianne to the time I received the answer on the claim was less than 24 hours - WoW. Then Kerianne goes far and beyond and details ALL my options. I was truely blown away but her patience (I asked lots of questions and repeated them). She demeanour was pleasant and friendly. Then the courier delivers my product within 48 hours. I am so glad and justified in my decisions to never intertain calls from other Insurers Well Done Kerianne I am one extremely happy and grateful customer. You have done an amazing job. Thanks
