My name is Nothando Nzuza.. I'm so much frustrated and I can't even eat. First it was a debit order debiting my account without my knowledge. Now I made a settlement with Capitec on the 31 of October. I do have proof of settlement. But Nedbank is saying that they can't see anything on their side. I have tried and visited Kwamashu Bridge City branch and they said they cannot help I need to phone. But when I try to call Nedbank no one is willing to assist. I have even sent emails to show proof. But no response. I'm really really frustrated and don't know what to do anymore.
Is this a legit company? I really need help but I'm so scared of ****mers

I would to report this company. They have been busy on my account doing debits that I've never agreed on. I have been reversing those debit orders, until today when I've received an sms from my bank saying that this company again has app**** for debit order mandate without my concern. Please help me to find these people because they are the ****.
My name is Nothando. I have policies with Sanlam. So there is this policy that I joined over the phone, only to find that it's a repeat of what I have already join. So I took my time, my energy and money to go and visit the Durban branch to cancel these policies. But they are still deducting my money. I'm so disappointed and angry at the same time. I don't know what to do anymore.
I'm very angry with clientele.I sent R160 to my daughter's bank account to buy a new jersey.Mind you, she is 18 years old and still in high school doing matric.Few hours later the money gone and was debited by clientele.We tried to contact Capitec for assistance and they said unfortunately their hands a tied because my daughter signed a mandate so the policy cannot be stopped from deducting.I mean who the hell can let a school still at school join a policy , how is she gonna pay monthly?I am very angry right now.When we called them they said they are going to cancel the policy but they wont refund my daughter.I thin clientele is a ****.
I would like to express my disappointment about home decor lifestyle. I ordered and paid for arm chairs and the lady I spoke to (Phumeza Zikalala) said it takes about 7 to 14 days to deliver.. And it's been more than that.. I've try to call the lady but her phone is now off. I don't know what to do.
Onair TV would say renew your decoder because the one you is about to expire. And when you order a new one they continue and debit you for the old one. Which means you double pay. I'm so angry and disappointed at them.
