Nedbank has not been able to resolve my zero available balance on my access bond for the past 3 months now. I've spoken to over 20 Nedbank representatives over these three months and nobody can get it resolved. I've even visited the Nedbank branch at head office in Sandton, and they cannot resolve either. There's no point in having an Access bond/ Revolving homeloan if you cannot access the funds. @ABSA, @FNB, @ Standard Bank, please get in touch via g mail if you want to offer me a working access home loan or possibly an entire banking suite: Viraanr
I want to make an urgent payment and the Nedbank android application is broken. Pathetic! On top of that you cannot get through to the contact centre to get the payment done manually
Vumatel and Vodacom has been giving me the run-around for a ticket I logged last week for my fibre line being down in Northriding. Finally, a whole week later, the Vumatel technician arrived to find the last-mile fibre cable broken on the roadside, which is part of the Vumatel infrastructure. Now there needs to be another technical team who needs to be arranged to change the broken fibre cable on the roadside. The last time this happened last year it took Vumatel 5 weeks to resolve a similar problem. Unbelievable! Order number: 2023093441
Builders Warehouse has been giving me the run-around for an order I placed last week. I was schedule for the remainder of the delivery yesterday. The remainder of the delivery did not arrive. I then received a call this morning from the Northriding store informing me that the remainder of the delivery will arrive this morning, and that didn't arrive either. Now I'm told that the order has been cancelled! Sheer, utter incompetence from Builders Warehouse! Such poor management that cannot resolve simple queries and complaints! Unbelievable! I'd paid online in full for a microwave oven. This order was placed on a Friday. There was zero communication until I contacted an online service helpdesk person the following Wednesday who said that my order will be ready for collection from a store an hour away from me on that very day. I arrived at the store, saw my purchased item on the store floor but the store refused to release the item to me even though I had paid for it in full, I had the original invoice with me and I was able to provide ID verification as the purchaser. I returned home without my microwave oven because of poor communication and poor processes at Stax and Sounds Great. This was the worst service ever experienced by any online retailer ever. These people are utterly unprofessional. I will never ever purchase from them again, and you should consider carefully before making an online purchase if you want to be treated in this manner too.
Very happy with the service, communication and resolution driven by Pelisa. I was unhappy with the responses from Antonia and Cielo's product specialist who couldn't resolve my problem with their product.
Cartrack has contracted a call-center whose people have been harassing me continuously in and out of business hours. Even though I've blocked through the Truecaller application more than ten phone numbers from Cartrack's callcenter partner, they just continue their relentless strategy of recycling phone numbers which they use to call. A company like Cartrack will never ever receive my business for displaying its desperation for client subscriptions in this manner. How is it that their Marketing department cannot figure this out from the data?
