At first the branch in Emakhazeni was good but since they went under new management the level of service has dropped, time is longer than before, quality of food in taste dropped and chicken is not cooked properly. They use to be more busy that Kentucky just next to them but currently u hardly see customers buying food there.
Tracker is the worste vehicle tracing company I ever come accross. On cancelation the still demand to take a full payment of almost R200 for the last 2 weeks cover. Then they do not give u a special price at all when u are a King Price client as stipulated in King Price contract. When you ask for a quotation, a price has been given. When you except that quote, then they change and make the installment higher than the quote. BAD BAD BAD !!!!!
King Price is a good product, but, when I joined them, Tracker came up and the aggreement with King Price was, that King Price clients get a reduced price from them because of being a King Price client. This never happened and Im still paying normal price for Tracker. When I reported the matter to King Price, they promised to have this issue sorted out. Up to present time, nothing was done and everytime I report it to King Price, promises are made and never kept.
I must say its a good product but I really came to a shock, of all the years I have been a member, I believed that I had a friend and companion in the vacation world. Because whenever I experience a problem they would always help with a salution to keep the members happy. But I experienced lately that when u have a problem and the reaction from them is just recieving a cancelation of membership letter. It has become clear that this kind of product is now only for high and medium class ppl. The lower class ppl will just plain either loose their membership or will not be able to afford this anymore. This is very disappointing and sad.
I am not happy due to the unfriendly and not reliable male agent giving through incorrect information. When I booked I was told that ONLY an a certain amount was outstanding to pay, then my confirmation will be sent. I paid more than the required amount and on enquiery for my confirmation, I was informed that another amount was requiered. Really comminication is down the drain and things like this, makes customers really loosing faith in premier private resorts.

They are the worst people I have ever dealt with. A good product but bad ppl, no comminucation. Not helpfull at all. When u talk to them, they sent sms stating that crrtain arrangements were made which was not even discussed. They lieinh about certain aspcets that wasnt.discussed. Very bad which I can get another service provider for the same product

Very bad comminucation, bad after service, very unfriendly people, specially finance department. I am really ashamed to be a member of them
