The most pathetic service from Telkom and Bonga Ngwane on a Saturday. I had to submit something very crucial at work…Telkom showed me the middle finger I need Telkom to refund my full premium for October. Telkom is ****ming people the most pathetic service. I asked for a manager no one budged to help . To make it worse my family members are experiencing the same thing, where can we properly report Telkom
I cannot believe the poor poor service I have been receiving from Capitec bank the entire December. Consultants drop calls. Consultants are yawning on calls. When you log a complaint the process is horribly tedious. ***** was done on my account. Capitec is supposed to have insurance for such tragedies they did nothing. 1300 worth of charges that no one could explain was further deducted from my account. I’m done with Capitec

What a **** please please guys don’t ever take a rent to buy option with these guys. They are blood suckers. Returned their car 9 years back they said I have scratches worth 15k on the car. 5 years later was under debt review they were still quiet. They creeped up on me 9 years later claiming 20k on me. I disputed them on transunion they were removed because they failed to provide sufficient reasons of the listing. They still *****ulently listed me 2 months later after being removed. Someone please arrest these people
The claims process at king price has been painful 😣 I did 2 assessments myself I helped them with all claims documentation from copy of accident report claims history etc. also after emailing all this to them I had to call back and following up has to book the assessments myself it’s been a nightmare especially because I wasn’t even at fault for the accident
Discovery legal department( third party claims) closes in December these are essential workers. Discovery client bumped into me at a stop sign from behind maybe they thought we don’t stop at stop signs. Everytime I called discovery I was told their priority is their client and not me. Mind you when you claim via third party there is no car hire. Had to wait for everyone to come back from holiday at the legal department ( mind you I wasn’t the one driving recklessly their client is driving nicely with a car hire from Avis) even so I am the one calling following up every second day 😢What a sad sore experience. For the brand discovery upholds in the market I am in disbelief and would never insure my vehicle with them. When you call you are made to feel like a troublesome ********. The claims advisors even team managers very rude and unbothered.
Discovery made me feel like a ********. It’s shocking how discovery always portrays this calm professional brand on the outside however wait until you call in. Spoke to Natania from vehicle repair claims. Initially she sounded bored and almost irritated by listening to me and told me the department that needs to assist me has left for the day and I would have to call in some other day earlier. She then put me on hold for over 10 minutes for a rude senior to come on the line and tell me I am a *****ster. If they had no answer for me there are ways to explain that. Senior went as far as saying they don’t care if I escalate the matter because iv been calling several times for the same thing.
