I'm writing to express my concern and disappointment after finding plastic in a pack of your Crispy Cut Multiseeded Steaklets. As a consumer, safety and quality are my top priorities, and this incident has raised serious concerns. Ingesting plastic can be hazardous to health, potentially causing physical harm or toxicity. I urge you to investigate this matter and take immediate action to ensure your products meet the highest safety standards. I would appreciate it if you could look into this matter and provide a response regarding the steps you'll take to prevent such incidents in the future.
I'm extremely disappointed with the fumigation services I received from Buds Pest Control. Despite their claims of effective ****roach elimination, their treatment has failed to deliver. But what's even more disturbing is the unprofessional and rude behavior of the technician who performed the fumigation. I expect a certain level of professionalism and respect from service providers, but this technician fell far short. To make matters worse, I was quoted R650 for the entire place to be fumigated, but when the technician arrived, only the kitchen, lounge, and drains were treated. The rest of the house was left untouched. This was not what I paid for, and I feel misled. The treatment itself was ineffective, and the ****roaches are still present. The technician's lack of attention to detail and the poor quality of the products used made the entire experience a waste of time and money. When I tried to reach out to the company to express my concerns and disappointment, I was met with rudeness and dismissiveness. The customer service representative showed no interest in addressing my issues or providing a resolution. I'm extremely dissatisfied with the service I received and would not recommend Buds Pest Control to anyone. The combination of ineffective treatment, poor customer service, misleading pricing, and rude behavior is unacceptable. I hope that the company will take steps to address these issues and provide better service to their customers in the future.
Kindly note I tried purchasing items from mc donalds strand street in Cape town yesterday but the machine had declined due to their "network problems". I was asked to try several times and it did not work. Mc donalds Long street/strand street Cape Town When I got home without purchasing anything. I saw that the balance had deducted off my card twice and I have not purchased anything bare in mind the machine was not working. When I returned the next day the manager had refused to assist me regardless of showing my proof of declined machine slips and proof of amounts deducted.
I truthfully think I didn't get the first impression as I was a new patient at the clinic. I opted for a "Women's Wellness" package and payed cash not medical aid. I was charged extra for a small test stick and medication script which i went to a pharmacy to get the meds of R220 which I think was a ******* for a small sachet. I don't really know how to feel about this type of clinic and would rather stick to what I know, by going to my regular G.P. I do not recommend. The gp who saw me was Dr. Alisha, although she was quite nice, I just don't think this practice was it for me, I won't return again.
I had ordered supper for my family and myself on the MrD app on 01 Sept 2024. The order was said to bw delivered by 25-30 minutes as we are not far from the restaurant. By over 1 hour there was still a no show therefore I reached out to the support team and was told that the driver was on his way. By 10 minutes later there was still no show and I'm literally 4 minutes away from the actual restaurant. I tried contacting the driver and was unfortunately unable to as he marked the order delivered and completed. This time it was 9 p.m and all restaurants was closed by the time we couldn't go nor reorder. I simply lodged this and was refunded. This was not the first time that this had happened and I am highly disappointed. I am definitely unsubscribing from this useless app.
I ordered tonight on uber eats. When I checked the app again, it said my order has been delivered yet the driver did not deliver it. When I tried contacting the driver, he was really rude and said he is not coming and then dropped the call. I tried reaching out to uber eats support line and app through the help option. No feedback was received either nor on mail. I would appreciate if they could just give me my refund. This is not the first time this has happened....
I ordered on the app and after 10 minutes the order got cancelled by the app or restaurant yet I was billed for it. When I tried contacting them, there was no luck or response.
