Mtn delink notification
I'd like to make a complaint regarding mtn why are they suddenly deactivating my mtn number on what grounds I'm told of an mobile money account that I'm not aware of I tried calling mtn to no avail. Could you please assist

I'd. Like to know what is the Delink notification I was sent through an sms what I means ... it says my mobile number will be deactivated from mobile money account soon .please help me understand what this means .. I don't recall subscribing to this

Unprofessional and not helpful and attentive to clients
Today i went to one of the banks in kraaifontein I wanted my bank statement yes my card is dormant but the service I received by one of your consultants is terrible a lady with lemon green eyes didn't want to assist me and yes I do agree I need 48 hrs to access it with a fee she says it wll be on.a Thursday which is false please teach your staff to be nice. And patient with clients ... she's very unprofessional I had to go to brackenfell to be assisted by zandi very nice lady .

Not receiving notification from sassa
Hi I've been trying to access my srd grant for the past 3 weeks no to avail on the 0736773357 . I even went to capegate to verify it keeps on. Declining my request . I was told that my sim hasn't been active for airtime hence why I'm not receiving notifications on it . I do receive sms from vodacom and other portals but when it comes to notifications for sassa I'm not. Please assist Anthe Nozomhle

The fix clothing store
I wrote a month ago about my complaint about the store unfortunately I was told that fix clothing has a interest fee that a they charge a customer I was told to pay0.49 on the 12 of September which I did then my balance went up again on the 1 which is 22.9 I'd like to close this account cause I'm not happy with their service which is extremely poor I asked them to send me a statement as to what I was owing them now sadly they didn't do that I'm not happy at all I feel I'm paying an account which I haven't used in months as far I'm concerned I knw when u pay for an an account it decreases the fix doesn't.
