Nedbank Westgate Mall has the worst customer service ever. I was at the branch from 10:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. and only one teller was working. Meanwhile, several staff members were just walking around and chatting to each other. The branch manager only apologised and did nothing to address the delay. I am extremely disappointed. I have been using Nedbank for more than 10 years, and I have had a stokvel account with them for over 17 years. But today, I’ve had enough.

I am so dissatisfied by your service at westgate mall. My investment is matured. I paid for 10 years . Now is time to claim , i was told the system is not showing the whole amount. I must claim manually and it will take time . Like really, i already made a budget for my money. Please improve your service. I thought i invested with a big and good company. I was wrong I am so disappointed
I bought 65cm TV 2 years back now it just stopped working. Is blank. Please jvc company maybe you can help
I insured my house with Standard bank, but the experience i am getting from them is horrible. I bought an old house and they knew it, but always when i claim they told me the thing i am claiming for is old . It started last year with a garage machine door, they rejected it reason being old. Today i claimed for geyser and the claim is rejected because is older than one year. And i was in the call for more than an hour being sent from pillar to post . I am regretting joining this company and already lost lots of money. But no benefits.
