Terrible online service. I bought an airfryer which stopped working few days after being delivered, I returned it and they fixed it, it again stopped working days after that. I then requested for a refund as their waiting periods are crazy, you send an email now and only getting a response weeks later. I’ve since been waiting, close to 2 months now, no communication from then or whatsoever.
I returned a faulty airfryer which I waited for 2 weeks for delivery by the way. The collection happened within 3 days of logging a return which Is fine with me. The item was received by loot on the 2nd of May and I was notified it would take 3-5 working days for me to get updates on the item, as I type this, no word from loot since then. Not even a single update . I keep calling and they say it was just sent to the manufacturer,no one is bothering to let me know what’s what unless I call. No sms no email just silence.

I’ve been waiting for my wig since the 23rd of April.. I tracked with the courier and it has been saying it’s scanned and actioned for next day delivery since the 24th… When I sent a WhatsApp to hair said they said delivery will be made on Friday today. I called the courier in the morning and they said delivery will only be done next week. I’ve been trying to get hold of hair city all their numbers aren’t working and I don’t get any response on WhatsApp.. Service is really pathetic and poor
I have been waiting for my parcel from Thursday..it kept showing out on delivery since Thursday last week I called their call centre and was told the same thing that the parcel is ok delivery..The agents at the call center would give me a number to call which is the drivers number. When I called the driver he said he doesn’t have the parcel, he gave me a number for another driver of which I called and that driver said the parcel is with the prev driver I called.. I called their call center again and the agent confirmed that they too can’t get a hold of the driver, hes not picking Up their calls.. I tried complaining via email, there’s not even a response…all I get is your parcel is out on delivery.. The worst service ever!!!!!please don’t even try their service.
