I had great experience with their customer service on point.
I regret the day I take nedbank car insurance since the 23 December 2023 I registered the claim today it 23 January 2024 my claim hasn't been finalized
They are no giving a darn about their clients since I've log my vehicle claim on 23rd of December last year till today they haven't respond to me when I call the they going around around
Lyceum is big RED FLAG π©they are quick to take money buy their service is so pathetic they postpone the results date from the 6th to 18th but still now they is nothing on the app but the account is settled.
This guy who was helping me made an credit enquiry without my consent it now showing on my credit report as if I have try to apply for a credit or something this enquiry is going to stay In my credit report for 2 years. This was done at Northgate Mall branch o years 5th April 2023 I need help. I only went to open an account the following day I've received an email from Experian stating that I have app**** for a credit at Fnb, so this guy he tried to apply for something without my permission.
SCAMMERS AFTER PAYING FOR REGISTRATION I WAS TOLD THAT THEY WERE FULL IN PGCE. I WAITED FOR THE 10TH OF MARCH FOR MY REFUND TILL TODAY I HAVEN'T RECEIVED MY REGISTRATION MONEY THEY ASK FOR PROOF OF PAYMENT, PROOF OF ACCOUNT AND BANK STATEMENT I GAVE EVERYTHING BUT STILL. ANYONE WHO CAN HELP ME LET TELL THE WHOLE SOUTH AFRICA ABOUT THESE REGISTRATION MONEY SCAMMERS.

We went to Rocomamas in Westgate their staff was so friendly it was my sons birthday π. This is a place to take your family to.
From the 27th of January I payed for my vuma home router internet connection I'm still not connected. They are giving me thousands stories If I called them they promise to escalate this matter to their specialists but imagine you don't have network while you've paid. SR230216-818218 this is a ticket number I recieved. They don't know what is customer service they don't even deserve even 1 star. This lady by the name of Nafeesah Benson she is trying her best but unfortunately they is no Technical team.
Can someone please help me with network connection π« π© π π why should I pay for something I don't have.
