I app**** for special payment arrangement , and this is the first help i asked them since i bought my house. And the lady from call Centre rep**** saying the Mortgage 111% rate Assistance rate will no longer Apply as your account is under debt review . I rep**** 5 email with no respond , my house is not on debt review and I don't understand were and how did they get that information. so she just decided to ignore my emails. I've never ask for payment brake or any sort of assistant payment from my home loan. things are tough assisting your client with some sort of payment will be nice. when you call they will transfer you from one person to another
I was assisted by the lady Name Maria and she explained everything to me because my concern was about increase of my installment and she gave me the option and explained everything so that I understand so polite and professional thank you so much guys 1st for woman it's still my number 1
I've paid you guys on the 25th you still go and debit me again after confirming the payment, this is do unprofessional that's why I refuse to renew my other contract, now I have other debit order that must go off unfortunately it won't go through because you decided that I must double pay please put my money back asap or else you guys will pay bank charges R1863.59 it's the money you must pak, don't even call and try to explain I will expload just pay back my money
P&L Louis Trichardt please can you explain to me why on the documents it says refund is within 72 hours but when you actually ask for refund you are told 7-10 working days. they receiver all documents required. Can you guys refund me. 08.03.2023 all documents were received please can you advice when i will get my money back

I applied for prepaid access funds 03.09.2022. on 5th September i was asked to send same document again which i did , 1st of all i finished debt review Jan 2019 already and certificate was sent to FNB We 2022 now and i was told am still marked under debt review 4 years i mean 4years pass how can they not updated system. speaking to a consultant this morning and she told me my application was loaded on system today 12.09.2022 but i supplied everything week ago FNB is a big company and i assume they have qualified staff members am so disappointed and i knew this was going to happen , its just a matter of time i move my home loan to another bank less stress
