I made an order on the 1st of December, up until now there hasn't been any communication from The Wig Factory. No tracking number, nothing! Decided to call today, only to be sent an email with an untrackable reference, The Courier Guy can't track the reference number i was provided with. Very annoyed!
I am still waiting for my Account to be updated. I was requested to send/email the Paid Up Letter and I've sent it five times already but there's still no feedback, no communication, at all. Every time I call HomeChoice, I am told to send the paid up letter, but my account is still not updated.
I've had an account with HomeChoice which was handed over to Nimble and the account was settled in December 2023. I have sent several emails to HomeChoice Legal Department with a Paid Up Letter attached for the account to be updated, but I have received no feedback whatsoever. I would like HomeChoice to kindly update the account and close it, it is very difficult to get hold of that Legal department, I thought communicating with them via emails was the most convenient option but there's not even an automatic response from them. Nothing!
I have put in a cashback claim with ASSUPOL and I've sent the documents required. I have tried to make a follow up but the calls are not picked up, you hold on till you run out of airtime, they don't respond to emails. It has been quiet, no communication from their side whatsoever. This is a concern to me, is this how they're going to treat my beneficiaries should I die?
After my previous review, I received a phone call from some guy claiming he's from DSV and that they will be delivering my parcel the next day, still not delivered.... Empty promises, I think the best thing I can do now is to go back to Makro to collect my stuff myself and get back my delivery fee! There's not even communication explaining these delays I wouldn't recommend DSV to anybody, not with this experience I've had with them.
I have placed an order at Makro on the 8th of December. They handed my parcel to DSV, their courier partner on the following day the 9th of December and the parcel was due for delivery on the 13th of December. I haven't received it from the DSV and they keep on sending sms'es that the parcel will be delivered on that specific day before 17:00.... I have received about three of those sms'es and they haven't delivered. I am so ****ed off with their pathetic service and deceiving sms'es they keep sending me!
I had a personal loan with FASTA and I over payed. I found out about this days ago that I have an amount that is due to me. I have raised this with them but they have not responded or paid back my money back into my account. I believe they were supposed to inform me and pay back the money back. I have run out of patience, and the part that's making me this impatient is the fact that I had to find this out myself, they're keeping quiet
