Absolutely no humans can help me, even though I have a confirmation email to say I will get a refund on medical grounds, no refund has been issued, flight is in 24 hours and their "customer service" department basically exists to tell me they can't help me!
I had a signed OTP and verbal agreement for first option to purchase a Renault Clio. The manager said he would call me if there were other interested parties. Within the space of ONE DAY, he sold the car out from under me (without calling or honouring the 1st option agreement and OTP) and then ghosted my calls and whatsapp messages. Shockingly unacceptable, please avoid this dealership.
Please RUN as far and as fast as you can from this scheme. You will NEVER get to speak to a human, and their bots take you in loops on ALL platforms (social media, website, whatsapp). They are BROKEN!!!
Please avoid the SA distributor for Dell Online: First Technologies. An absolute nightmare to deal with - rather go with a different brand.
If I could give 0 stars I would. Shocking "service" from Dell's South African distributor. They stall, don't call back, make promises they don't keep. Avoid at all costs if you like your blood pressure level to remain the same! I've been a loyal Dell customer for 30 years - will NEVER touch this brand again.
Great service - I wish I'd known sooner that they cover all CoC's, so landed up with a very overpriced electrician's bill. QC did our beetle and water inspection, and fixed a few things on the plumbing side for a *very* reasonable fee. Very happy with their service and their admin side too - I was always kept in the loop by their office.
If you are going to use this company, make sure to use THEIR all-risks insurance. Even though my mum's good were insured, they refused to pay out for NEGLIGENCE. A really unforgivable amount of breakage of carefully packed and labelled goods. they smashed an ENTIRE PIANO plus glassware, garden pots. Just a lack of even basic care was missing. After several attempts to recover breakages costs, the company has ghosted me and my mom is about 15k out of pocket. Please note I am commenting on Key Moves and their Western Cape Partner (Cape Removals), since no one will take accountability.
