Pathetic and ridiculous company. I called every single number provided by various departments in order to settle my account, none of these departments were able to assist me with my query. I then requested a call back and they called and it rang for less that a second before they hung up. I tried to redial that number and the agent says they can't hear me and ends the call. I just want to settle and close this phone contract for crying out loud. Telkom has horrible customer care.

I took my car in for service and repairs because I have an extended warranty and maintainace plan, I asked for the wheel bearings to be changed and the Service Consultant said the bearings are fine however the tyres were not even touched. I know this because I have cable ties on my wheel caps and none of them were taken off. Renault Ontdekkers is honestly not looking to assist customers.
They were very happy to call and offer what seemed to be a more affordable comprehensive cover for my vehicle. Then came the spontaneous debits for fees I still feel were charged unfairly. Now I want to cancel my insurance but the number they used to call me with so much enthusiasm... is always busy. Pineapple please cancel my insurance immediately
In the beginning I was reluctant to make the purchase because of the reviews I saw on Google. I then decided I would seek my own experience and from there, I would gather my own opinion and review. I got everything I ordered. My headboard was bent upon arrival. I honestly don't have the energy to follow the return policy and procedure and so I have decided to keep it. Hence the 4/5 rating. It's not perfect but I love the products and how reasonably priced they are.
I use to think this company has integrity and humanity however, that is not the case. Lisa Raleigh and her husband Stafford Masie are individuals who care less about their employees and more about the money they are making from their overpriced merchandise. I worked for this company for a short while and I have since realized that they treat their employees like slaves. From a 1 week trial period to no lunch breaks and salaries that are cut how and when it pleases them because they have not bothered to register themselves for UIF and/or SARS and by so doing are not conforming to the Labor Laws of South Africa. I was let go after a week of getting into a new role. Mind you, I was given an incomplete handover with no processes in place and little to none training.
I am so disappointed in the lack of urgency Webafrica is showing to the query logged with them about no internet connection. I've been told they are not sure what the problem is. I was given a Reference number (4100374) and told I will be contacted. I haven't heard back from them and my Fiber is a necessity for my day to day operations.
I was previously employed by Standard Bank South Africa and in 2016 we had to comply with FAIS credits and training was provided. I have since called the People First department to help me verify my credits but was told that because they changed systems they are unable to retrieve my credits. I'm now being considered for a role at Standard Bank and have been asked for those credits. Please assist me. Even if my application is not successful with Standard Bank atleast may I get the certification from Standard Bank to allow me to seek other opportunities.
