Pont de Val bad bad
Bring food today don't bring food tomorrow, that's how ****py pont de Val. I used to like it, however today 15/13/24 is literally my last day I do business with them. What I knew was that no drinks allowed but food is. All of a sudden take back your food to the car, their restaurant's prices are ridiculous, u buy their 1L plain water for R38. In this economy you still charging a hand and an arm for your food. Their fun family day has 2 small jumping castle and 1 water slide with dirty water.

Poor customer care
Well, the service I received from the Southgate branch was not what I had always received with the lady who used to be at the front desk. No help with choosing the frame, the guy just didn't look interested rather irritated. The optometrist was fine.

Poor quality but designed beautifully
Poor quality, looks good but not worth buying for school. My son's bag only lasted 9 months. I am very disappointed I was told the bags lasts up to 3 years but not at all. Good customer care at Mall of The South that I will give it to them but they need to improve on the quality of their products.

Their school shoes quality has deteriorated since our days at school
Their school shoes quality has deteriorated since our days at school. I had to return two pairs of school shoes. Am thankful for the management at Woolworths The Glen Shopping Centre for assisting me and giving me an option for an exchange or a full return. I opted for the exchange and for that am grateful. However they need to look at their manufacturer of their school shoes, they must go back to using quality material again to retain their loyal customers like myself.

Crocs caused me a leg pain
It is with a sad heart. I bought crocs on their friendship day promotion. From the first day I wore them I was shocked to find out they are not as comfortable as I have heard, my children have always woren them. But I thought maybe they are still new, it just worsen. I contacted their service desk and was asked to send pictures and the invoice. After I have done a follow up I was told nothing will be done as their warranty doesn't cover shoes that have no tags on. My crocs were 2 weeks old, as I speak I have a leg condition caused by this very shoes. They didn't even bother to send their courier to pick the shoes for inspection. This breaks my heart that I have a medical condition caused by their shoe and nothing is done. I will never be buying anything from them.

Good service
I would like to give a 5 star To adolphine at Truworths Mall of the South for an excellent service. She is always available to help and full of smiles. She is actually my go to person and my stylist in the store.
