Useless staff at Tygervalley Branch and even more useless Managers. Why I bother to support them is beyond me. Bought a product on line and walked through the shopping center setting off every alarm in creation. Oh we are sorry is all the could say. They are pathetic and so is the complaints department. I love this we record this conversation for quality purposes - what a crock of Bull**** there is no quality.
So Stodels guarantees their plants. Not so. I wrote an email to the Manager of Stodels Bellville to complain about plants that have died. She did contact me back and sent somebody out to look at the plants. The lady in question said they would replace them so on Friday I went to Stodels. On my way there I remembered that Stodels always gave you a Birthday Gift and I had not received mine this year so when I arrived at the reception desk I asked about it. Well well well what a reception I received. Somebody would have sworn I was taking over Stodels. Then the Manager Aisha arrived and was so rude that I nearly left. What a cold woman with the personality of a flea. Now to my replacement plant. Well they could have kept that as well. The plant that they gave me was also half dead - I checked - I walked around the nursery. I bought a tree and proceeded to the cashier. That was another nightmare. Not only was she rude, but she didn't know what she was doing. Stodels had a special on - buy a bag of compost and get a twig of a tree for free (mine was damaged and has a plaster around it). When I told her that the Passion Fruit plant was a replacement I thought I was going to be arrested. Looking at the website and testimonials about Nick Stodel and his father I don't think he is there anymore since the business has gone from bad to worse. I left wondering why I had bothered to go there in the first place since Cape Garden Centre is so much better. I am so disgusted and disappointed, but I know nothing will be done.
Useless. I am still waiting for somebody to contact me regarding Box Office which never works. They are just full of excuses the whole time. Disgusting considering we pay so much for repeat after repeat.
When Pick 'n Pay opened it's doors, Raymond Ackerman was in charge. Bread was 13c and the client was king. Since his retirement and his sons takeover the company has gone down the toilet. Service , customer service especially is NON existent. Managers laugh at you and couldn't care a damn whether you shop there or not. The staff are so lazy I am surprised they remember to breathe. I went in to the Tygervalley branch to buy a Flash Drive that was on special. I approached the counter and was told to please wait while they got the security key from the cashier. I said - no problem, I will come back as I have a few other items I want to buy so I will go inside the store and do my shopping. I returned, the cashier had not been and the lady that was there ignored me. She then got up and waddled over to a till packer and gestured towards me, then proceeded to leave the floor. I stood there for over 10 minutes with nobody attending to me. Finally she returned, took a pair of sissors and cut the item off the shelf. During this time I had asked the till supervisor if I could please speak to a Manager. Another joke, there was not a Manager in the store. I paid for my groceries and went over to the fish bowl to speak to a Manager. One came along and he started to attend to me. We went back to the cashier who had so rudely left her posst and she just sat there without a care in the world as if to say "up yours sugar". Finally Edward the Manager returned to the store and listened to my complaint. The sad thing about this whole encounter is that nothing will get done. There will not be any repercussions and they are probably glad I finally left the store. Even sadder is that I actually worked for this company when Raymons was in Charge and I remember giving the best service I could, because the client was king. Now the client is carbage.
They are expensive and all their roses die on you. They should leave the Cape.
Public, check you billing from MTN, they are currently robbing me blind. I am been billed for calls I never made and subscriptions I most certainly never allowed. The staff couldn't care less and actually think its a big joke. This company is a disgrace.
<p>Firstly, Mr Price is a joke. I have not received a statement from them in over 7 months. The other day I received a SMS telling me my account is in arrears??????:"? When I finally managed to get a statement out of this useless organisation, I find a bill of R100 for a SIM cancellation fee. How rude, must I pay for their pathetic service? Thet are useless and now I have to pay for their incompetance. I was also never ever informed that due to their bad and useless service I would be charged for cancelling this service. This is how Mr Price rob you. As for Management, well ........................ </p>
<p>Auto and General must be a joke. I had my car's damage assessed in early November. Everything was going well, and I was told where to take my vehicle. It was booked in on the 21 November for repair. When I got to the repair, I was told that they had not yet sourced the parts, but it would take a week. It is now Friday and they still have not sourced the parts, they are still trying to live up to their name of CHEAPEST. I have already paid my excess of R4400 on a repair that costs R1800, this with the parts from Toyota themselves.</p> <p>This is just a ****** joke, GREED is all it boils down to and they really couldn't be bothered about you as a customer of theirs.</p>
<p>You would think a night or afternoon at the theatre is special, and it is. In this case the Cape Town City ballets Sleeping Beauty. We arrived early so that we could eat at the restaurant attached to the theatre. What a disaster.</p> <p>Firstly the staff were rude and abrubpt. Secondly half of what we ordered on the menu was not available. I wanted a Milkshake - We Don't have milkshakes. But it's on your menu - WE Don't have. Oh well then could I have a waffel with ice cream and chocolate sauce. We have no ice cream.</p> <p> </p> <p>I asked to speak to the Manager 3 times - I am still waiting - he was not there or could not have cared anyway. My suggestion to patrons going to the Artscape, leave earlier and eat somewhere else so you can actually enjoy the performance, this restaurant is a joke.</p>
<p>I have been trying to resolce a query wuith DSTV over the last two days. Yesterday in desparation i went to Y5 Systems. The guy came out pushed my cable back into my dish, couldn't clear the error code, left my stepladder and left telling me to bring my decoder into the shop. I did, there was nothing wrong with it, al that was needed was to clear an error code. I was ripped off for R450.00 for driving 1 km up the road. Don't use this agency.</p>
