I've been overcoming spray bottles which is not spraying I only use the dove underarm spray not me but my house hold and coming home washing you when you do expecting T have that beautiful smell to sit with things that doesn't even work is becoming ridiculous I'm one I don't complain after the 1st 2nd or 3rd but it's now becoming a problem

MY QUESTION TO HIM WHY DID I WAIT SOLONG FOR FOOD IF IT'S COLD - I WAS SO ****ED I DIDN'T EVEN WANT TO LISTEN TO THE EXCUSE CAUSE WHO SELLS SUCH FOOD TO CUSTOMERS! NOT THE 1ST TIME I GET A PROBLEM WITH OBSERVATORY ITS NUMBEROUS OCCASIONS ANYWAY NOT THE POINT HE THEN GO BACK TO THE BACK GO RE DO THE FOOD NOT GIVING TWO ****S THAT I PAYING UBER FEES AS WELL! AND RE DO IT AGAIN AND JUST ENDS UP BRINGING ME THE SAME GOOD BACK CHANGE THE MASH AS WELL BUT THE MASH IS ALSO COLD I'M A CUSTOMER WAITING KONG NOW EXPECTING WARM FOOD ISN'T IT???????? Good day, What an experience at riverland nando's since the opening I've been there staff was 100% kind okay I can now only say when there bosses are around - always checking up to see if you okay are u enjoying the food etc Sunday evening @8:30 my family and I got there WE placed our order there was a another family having supper. The workers was already lifting the chairs sweeping etc. Anyway I placed my order the staff wasn't to happy I ordered 5 meals burgers meal, 3 1/4 chicken with peri tatoe salad, the kibaab with chips WE only received the food 9:15pm before getting the food the staff of the kitchen and whom was just standing a huge argument burst out we sat at the back 1st table from the doors anyway we heard the scolding at one another of who was going to serve our table the previous family had left already by then. Anyway eventually someone comes serve. The amount of chips that was given with the food was so little but my kids was hungry I kept my cool. Then I waited on the chicken meals came 10min later anyway when it got to us the chicken was ridiculous cold - I then got up walked almost slipped over the wet floor - (I AM PREGNANT) And yet now frustrated after waiting so long only to recieve cold food - The manager CONSTANCE BAD MANAGEMENT SKILLS NO SELF DICIPLINE NO FEELINGS JUST AS ANGRY AS THE REST OF THE STSFF GIVES ME THE COLD SHOULDER AND THEN I SAID TO HER IT'S BAD ENOUGH YOUR STAFF IS HAVING A ARGUMENT OF WHO'S COMING TO SERVE WAIT NOT ALL THE AMOUT OF PERI TATOE WAS LIKE 5 THAT WAS MY PORTION!!!!! DO U KNOW HOW MUCH THE MEALS COST I DO NOT PAY HALF PRICE - US CUSTOMERS PAYS THESE PEOPLES WAGES IT GET THEM JOB'S!!!! OKAY ANY I'M ****ED OFF NOW THEY ARE NOW LOOKING FOR SOMEONE WHO WILL RE FRY THE CHICKEN HOW PATHETIC! Then another manager came out thuli I promise if it was not for her I would have blown a huge gasket she is no nice and humble - she even calmed the workers down for there disrespect where the other one just never cared she came over truthfully telling me they just put basting sauce over the chicken like wow why mahn it was too late to take out more things to make the correct portions I looked and I said to myself even told her after the workers I'm actually ****ed off because we felt so in welcomed - she then went to make it over herself and I was ****ed eventually took it as a take away to get home I bought 2 extra garlic rolls with the livers only got one I bought 4 18 refills and 1 bottle drink not to even receive that but I do not blame thuli she is the only one that apologized she seemed so nervous you could see she was sincere I'm a customer that sit and work there through my breakfast and lunches daily but after that and need to let there bosses know because they are only putting up a front when his around. You do not treat people like animals. You treat everyone with respect and kindness it's your job. I was so upset honestly my husband who doesn't like me to skell actually got just as angry and he said I was to easy but because if thuli and her kindness but the experience was horrible
I'm Just bcak here again!!! What type of management are these I'm so sick of the same stories already it's PATHETIC! 4 days ago we were told the they are busy with the claim and we will be contacted the very same day! No call has been made! 2ndly it stated the R336. 11 which needed to be settled with SARS they should have received it no later than release date. It's always a delay everything you guys have been doing is a DELAY!!! I then call this morning again and CARMEN IS STILL BUSY WITH THIS PAYMENTS SORRY AIN'T PLASTERS! I HAD SPOKEN TO LESEGO THIS MORNING - THEY HAVE NO ANSWERS ALL YOU HEAR IS CARMEN WILL CALL BACK SHORTLY YOUR CLAIM MUST STILL BE RELEASED THIS IS RIDICULOUS MAN!!!!!!! 😡😡😡

I SPOKE TO PHUMALANI HOW DOES ONE JUST GO SILENT AND CUT THE FREAKING CALL - ROCHE IS SITTING WITH THE CLAIM AND THEY SEE YOU MADE MULTIPLE CALLS THE MANAGER IS CARMEN @ALL OF YOU ARE LIVING HAPPY ON YOUR HOMES WHILE WE SHOULD BE OUT OUT OF THE FREAKING HOUSE THIS IS Disgusting man for such a big company with poor performances always having system issues we are all trained to speak these types of **** to the Clients but it's how we do our jobs not find excuses
