I am so disappointed in Cell C , their service and product . My airtime of R106 was taken from my account during the night . This occurred because night data I had was not used during 12am -5am , they instead went ahead and took my airtime instead . I called to enquire on it, I was told that it would be refunded . A week later , today , I call and am told that the airtime will not be refunded as there’s nothing they can do . They mention that some of the data was refunded , an SMS was sent - it was not . I asked the agent for proof of the airtime being refunded . She put me on hold for 7min only to come back and tell me they cannot prove to me that the data was refunded . How awful !
Do not book TAAG ! What an awful airline , awful service . They do not care about anything . I flew from Nigeria to Cape Town, with a 16hr layover , they decided to tell us while boarding that the airline did not book accommodation for us ,had to spend the whole 16hrs at the airport . The food was horrible !!!!
My router has been flashing for over 3 days now . The agent I spoke to said it shows active on their side and there’s nothing they can do . I think it’s quite ridiculous that they wouldn’t even send out a technician.
I submitted a Debit Dispute form 2 months ago , every week I speak to agents online about my form and not getting a response . Some just disconnect the chat while I’m talking to them . Some just don’t response . About 3 told me it’s been escalated million times with no assistance . As a FNB client for many years it’s quite ridiculous that no one has been able to assist me . FNb do better
