Can Sharon pay my money back please! She is disrespectful, decieves & undermines Guests. I paid R4848.00 for accommodation, I was allocated a smelly room & not the room we agreed on. I stayed 3 nights in the unbearable condition. Currently she's avoiding communicating to me & referring her workers who are low in rank to get involved in the matter.
Your call centre require serious training & they are uninformed. Please return my money. Mr. Lazola Nkili & your Team Leader, Lucky and all the consultants that not only wasted my money, time and airtime. I need my refund of the pro-rata I paid for & I'm still disconnected.
They never answer calls. Cannot log into my app. I fact I have never logged in. Who has been logging in when they speak of the information they have does not match with mine.
Ladies please be very careful. I bought a gentle Magic face bar from our local supermarket owned by Pakistanian Indians for R11.99. Today I went and bought the same bar from PEP for R15.99. The colors of the bars are not the same. These supermarkets are selling **** Gentle Magic products. Be very careful, your faces will burn & you'll blame Gentle Magic company when it's them.

Telkom, the company is unprofessional deducting unauthorised debit orders from Customers accounts. All their young inexperienced Agents are the same as the company itself. Sending Clients from pillar to post without any resolution. The same with their Telkom branches, cannot assist with nothing. No product knowledge nothing! To all South Africans out there: Run, there are other Service Providers out there who can provide a better service out there. Rather pay more for your peace of mind.
In 2023 I purchased a vehicle from A Toyota Dealership not knowing that the vehicle is already installed a tracking system from NETSTAR. I raised this matter with various NETSTAR Team Leaders and no one is able to close this account. Now every month I receive Legal Invoices of demand. When a client purchases a vehicle they get to choose a tracking company of their choice! Now Toyota provides NETSTAR with new clients that purchases vehicles from their dealership without the Clients knowledge. Netstar, please delete my account and come and collect your tracking device. I am exhausted of dealing with this account.
I have a stop order deduction directly from my salary. I called their Cape Town, Pretoria Branch to stop this stop order with immediate effect. I am being sent from pillar to post. I am not interested in any of old mutual products. Hello Peter Please Help!!!
To anyone out there in the whole of SA, if a property in under Protea Metering do not Rent the place. Body Cooperates needs to cancel their accounts with this company. I had to move out of a sectional title in Pretoria, Queenswood, because of high water charges. Now it's February 2023 and they do not want to reimburse me my R700 Deposit. Ms. Patience Thompson thank you so much for your efforts & professionalism. I pray that God blesses you with a good job that you deserve. Before your employer turns on you-If they are so bad to Clients, Imagine what they can do their own Employees. Protea Metering is a Scam. Period! And please do not reply to my Review with your nonsensical stories. One Day you will be out of business. Property companies are tiredand frustrated on loss of Commission because of Protea Metering because tenants are always moving out. Property Owners are loosing out on Rental Incomes.
I'm utterly disappointed in Clientele Legal - All they do is collect premiums! They are not reliable, not safeguarding, do not respect clients, no customer excellence & definitely no integrity as per their, company's Vision, Group Purpose and Values.
