This matter has been escalated several times; however, I continue to receive feedback indicating that there is a “network outage.” When I check the outage link provided, there is no outage reflected for my area. This discrepancy is extremely frustrating, especially as the service remains unstable. The slow speeds and buffering are affecting my daily usage and productivity, and I require this matter to be properly investigated and resolved urgently. Kindly provide: A clear explanation of the actual issue affecting my line Confirmation whether this is a line-specific problem or a broader network issue A definite resolution timeframe Please treat this as a formal complaint. Hi I bought my family a party mix at hungry lion watergate mall in Mitchell's plain and I order half Spicey zamba and half normal but Damn non of that chicken was worth my effort standing in long lines and waiting for more than 20 minutes just for an order and was not advised of the waiting time...then finally you get home wanting to have your supper half of the chicken was very dry and the other half was so oily I could fry more chicken in there..how to you do that too your customers that supports you continuously your food is bad
I bought a wedding ring for my husband at American swiss promenade mall Mitchell's plain in August 2024 I am lodging a complaint as this ring is not even a year old and its broken...You charged us expensive for the ring and to have it resized on top of that only for it to last a couples of months..is that how u make you money? You guys have poor quality and i feel that is so very unfair.. I took it back to the store with the box that the ring was in only to be told that i can either have it fixed with their Jeweller or take it elsewhere to another shop because i have too pay Again and wait on a quote which i feel its UNFAIR..I was so disgusted by the way i was treated and the manner in which i was addressed the attitude i received from the sales assistance that assisted me at that branch you have no custome etiquette at all.The way i felt after that its like you got the money and no you treat you clients like dirt its wrong This is *********
I am very disgusted by your service myself and my husband has been trying since October 2024 to cancel our policy with you guys and numerous emails has been sent to your department, but you keep deducting money from our account we have insurance elsewhere.
I order slippers on you website on the 9th February 2024 its the 19th today ad i still havent received my order.I received and email from Nomalanga Sikhosana. from customer service and she confirmed ny order will be delivered on Monday when calling i explain to her but she is speaking Xhosa to her collegue explaining and then says she is going to drop the call which she did,, I tried calling twice with no answer. I am utterly disgusted with your service and i wont recommed andyone to purchase from you guys you gave me **** customer service

I am highly dissatisfied in the state the bread was in I mean we pay alot of money 20rand a bread for it to be packed and given for distribution like that I wonder if you guys send it for a check before sending it out to be distributed to clients.. I think that you guys should give is quality for the amount that we pay
You guys post misleading information on mr delivery saying that you guys have a large snoek and chips and when it was delivered it looked like a kiddies meal I'm highly disappointed how can you do that to your clients....I'm utterly disgusted by what I received

I was at hungry lion in promenade mall Mitchell's plain I bought a mega meal mind you there wasn't any chips with the meal they gave me two mini loaves without letting me know or even haf coleslaw to purchase. I asked for spicey zamba chicken and I received chicken with spice thrown over the chicken and it tasted horrible..I was advised that I will be getting fresh chicken but it was so cold and I waited 45 minutes to get my meal.when I questioned why it's taking so long they gave me attitude I requested to speak to the manager and the Manger never came. They have no customer etiquette or customer service experience. I am so disappointed I never have experienced this with hungry lion as I always purchase from this store But I made up my mind I won't be purchasing anything from hungry lion again
