12 Days since payment was made and to date no waybill nothing received. It took 5 days to verify my order and now apparently it will take another 14 days to dispatch and who knows how many days to be delivered. ABSOLUTE WORST BUYING EXPERIENCE OF MY LIFE!
I placed my order on Monday, made payment, completed the verification process, provided every single thing they asked me to and 4 days later my order is still unfulfilled!!! No one seems to want to help, or is competent enough to help. Payment is expect to be made upfront but it takes them more than 4 days to fulfill your order. I DO NOT RECOMMEND Rentoza to anyone, so if you are reading this review to help make your decision, take it from me and DO NOT purchase anything from them.
My service has unfairly been suspended despite the fact that I have a payment plan in place and despite the face that I have been honouring my payment arrangement your finance department keeps on suspending my account!!!!!!!! My payment arrangement was made in December 2023 but yet you suspend my services every month, I’ve sent through my POP’s and have logged numerous of tickets and complaints and yet it seems nothing is being done about this. I e logged numerous of tickets via the client portal, send numerous of emails, phoned numerous of times, sent numerous of WhatsApp’s but no one has contacted or even attempted to assist me with this.
20 DAYS SINCE PAYMENT AND NO DELIVERY OR FEEDBACK PROVIDED! Payment was made on 18 Dec 2023, 11 days ago I finally received confirmation that my order was successful and then yesterday when trying to follow up they send me another email stating that I have not supp**** the required documents for the process to proceed???
