There are not many used car dealerships that I would type a good word about. I've either been unlucky in my choices or most used car dealerships are a disappointment waiting to happen. Recently however I had to deal with Dart Motors to get a matter rectified and I can honestly say they were responsive, truthful and stuck to their word. These would seem to be very rare traits in the used car trade. Thank you Dart Motors - I would not hesitate to recommend you.
This company are now in liquidation. They are ****s and *******. If you hear the name Ashwin Sewpersad run as far and as fast as you can. As for his underlings, Endo, Nitzshke, Lester, who knows what they know / knew, but just stay away. This firm are bad news
Signing up is easy. The program are okay. Try cancelling the service though... I have been on to their customer service for hours (they do not have a phone number) and still I cannot cancel my subscription. Companies should keep their customers through loyalty, not kidnap. Do yourself a favor and just don't subscribe, unless you want to be a paying customer for life.
Another insurance company that takes your money and then uses every excuse under the sun why your claim is invalid, but to make matters worse they refuse to engage. I have written to their complaints department (who are probably very busy, ha ha ha), requesting someone call me but nothing, just another short email regurgitating the same words in a slightly different sequence. What sort of insult is it when a company that you pay does not have the decency to engage you on the telephone. When I purchased the vehicle I agreed to take out a policy (my last policy with Innovation Group was a disaster and I thought these people surely cannot be worse). The jury is still out on this as I give Motorvaps an opportunity to 'do the right thing'. Anyhow, now I have a claim they tell me the breakage was down to poor workmanship and therefore not covered. How can the dealer tick the boxes on their form saying the part has been checked and is okay, only for 4 months later the part not be okay, and the insurer refuse the claim. I mean for the reason Motorvaps has given to be correct then it must have been damaged at the time of the sale and therefore at the time of implementing the policy, so how could the box be checked as TESTED & OKAY. It would seem that Motorvaps make it very easy for the dealers to sell these policies and the sales people to earn commission, but ultimately the checks they say have been done are meaningless because when the part fails they tell you it's not covered! This is yet another insurance scam. Don't waste your money on these clowns - they don't deserve your money or your business.
This company are the WORST!!! We have been looking to partner with a dedicated courier service on an e-commerce platform. We wanted to talk to a representative of Pargo to explore costs etc... 3 days on we have still not been able to have a conversation or talk to anyone. Clearly their systems do not work and management do not care. We dodged a bullet! So pleased we will not be working with these ninkum****s. Pargo is a joke and a waste of time. Shame, because it was a good idea.
I have around 20 pairs of shoes, the Converse I bought from Superbalist in August 2016 are 3rd in terms of newest. They are also in the worst condition out of all 20 pairs. They have been worn the least, covered the least distance, and literally the soles are falling off. Okay, they're a year old so I didn't expect a refund but some ackolwedgement that this is faulty manufacture would have been noted. I took the shoes to be repaired - they told me to save my money - the shoes cannot be repaired and the reason the soles are falling off is because of either a manufacturing fault of poor quality of materials and workmanship. I contacted Superbalist - their answer - if they were less than 6 months old we'd have had a conversation. More than 6 months old you're on your own. In some regards I get that, but after sending them multiple pictures on their request it is eveident these shoes are fslling to pieces and unwearable. Are they saying Converse footwear is built to last 6 months only? My wife has numerous pairs of Converse, worn far more than my own, and they are all in good repair. Today Superbalist not only lost a customer for life, because unless this matter is addressed I will never spend a cent with them again, but in addition they gained a negative brand ambassador, a one time customer who now loathes their brand and their unwillingness to see when a customer has a legitimate complaint. One word, pathetic.
