Poor service
Their service is very poor .they want things to be done digital but to finish the deal u need to go to the branch again so what’s the whole point of starting digital n u sometimes have to beg to get things correctly done .they don’t do things right the first time

Disappointed with the service
I'm highly disappointed with the service that I got there.i waited for them to call me for the key and they didn't I had to drive there and pay toll gate to be told that they called me ones they can't call me more than that Im not the only customer. Zj mtshali 0721787892

Poor customer service
I was there wanted to transfer money they failed to assist me and said it's a lot of money they even said I can't withdraw either. What if I had an emergency.

Unhappy customer
I bought a shirt on Saturday morning to wear in the afternoon thing is I didn't fit it.when I got home fitted it only to find that it doesn't fit nicely. Rushed to exact store only to be told that I must keep it for 24 hours.i can't exchange on the same day I bought it but that is not written on the slip on the terms and conditions. I was very crossed.

Not satisfied with the process
I've applied for a loan and it was approved. Money was deposited into the African Bank card. When I wanted to use the money the money was fraudulently withdrawn from that card by someone else .the case was opened.i don't get any follow up from African Bank. I'm the one who is calling them they don't even bother they don't even have answers
