Extremely happy with the Zodiac G6. Quality product from the cleaner to the pipes. Covers the entire floor of my curvy pool including the walls. The only area where it gets stuck is in the corner of the steps. So far very happy customer.
Pool resurface from marbelite to fibreglass. Cheap quote so you get what you pay for. Work gets done but expect to do a lot of cosmetic tidying up after the job is complete. Untidy work ethics. Will review again in a year to confirm whether the pool retained water with the fibreglass resurfacing.
Hirsch Meadowdale - PATHETIC SERVICE - Bought a new Bosch Oven. Collected 1st Oven, upacked it, plugged it in and it sizzled and smoked with a terrible noise. Hirsch arranged for Bosch to send a technician. Technician came plugged it in, same problem, sizzle and smoke, he quickly unplugged it. His report indicated that the oven needs to be replaced urgently, he left the oven. Hirsch then arranged another oven to be delivered, their delivery guys unpacked it and plugged it in, also smoke and bang. Hirsch delivery guys took that oven away, left 1st oven here. After much debate between Bosch HO and Hirsch, Hirsch delivered another unit, and we had to sign forms that we would not unpack or touch the unit, as a Bosch Senior Technician would do that. A Bosch Technician arrived, did not even look at the oven but checked our electricity, he informed us that the electricity voltage is high between 239 and 249 so he could not install the oven. A few days later I received a SMS from Bosch indicating that our service call is finalized. We then left it for a few days, and eventually decided to unpack the oven which was delivered. Only to find white dust, fingerprints all over the oven, clearly the 3rd oven delivered by HIRSCH is not new. We called the Branch Manager of HIRSCH Meadowdale, Lollie and after much discussion we have been told that we signed a form and there is nothing further they can do. I WILL BE TAKING THE MATTER FURTHER, TO BOSCH CEO, HIRSCH CEO AND THE CONSUMER PROTECTION UNBUDSMAN.

Vodacom please assist. I recently moved to Vodacom on a contract. But have not been able to send or receive SMSs. The matter was accelerated to the Area Manager, Technical Manager and even did a sim swop. Still not working. AM NOW DESPERATE AS I CANNOT GET ANY OTPs which is a problem.
