Poor form animal use
Unacceptable to encourage animal cruelty. I recognise people eat meat etc but there's no good reason to actively encourage it. Why do you not eat your dog, for example? https://supercard.co.za/wina***marketing/

FAX?!?!
OK so signing up online and via the app was reasonably painless (it worked online, the app got stuck in a loop), but now you ask for FICA documents and ask them to fax you?!?! Like what is this 1980?

A case study in a govt entity that works
Trains well kept and still as good as when they started in 2010. Very professional and well run. I appreciate that they found my lost items quickly and also the tap to pay so you don’t have to get tickets.

They keep sending me emails saying they cannot deliver but I gave them clear instructions that they need to phone when they arrive. Why is this so complicated? What is so hard about this? P. H. O. N. E.

YOU HAVE BEEN PAID NOW BACK OFF!
Incessant harassment due to a bounced debit order. One debit order bounces and you get dozens of threatning calls and emails for weeks after plus a R 200 penalty fee. This is unacceptable. They will be fired as soon as this contract is up.

iOS app needs work
Hi. Please fix your app. 1. Every time it updates itself it logs me out and i cannot remember millions of passwords and it does NOT allow the native iOS password keychain to paste the actual password using face ID recognition. 2. When you send a OTP to my email to recover the account the autocomplete iOS OTP filling-in feature fills in ONLY the first digit of the OTP and then DELETES the email, because your OTP screen wants to force me to type the OTP one letter at a time like it is 1969. Please just test your app on an iPhone I realise you are an android programmer. But seriously this is not slick.

Chips really are bad
Amazing food except for the **** chips. Seriously guys you other stuff is 8/9 out of ten then you give us oven chips from a bag of frozen I&J? Fresh cut please. Try steers chips they kick your posterior.

too risky to use
All very well having payshap payments if it worked. I sent ZAR 350 to my partner and she didnt receive it (at FNB). Also, I do not get any POPs for it so I have struggled when I did instant payment to another bank and it didn't give me a POP because they didnt believe I had paid. It's too risky to use.
