Good evening I have a prepaid account with Openserve which I paid at the beginning of the month using the details provided, to my supprise they gave me two account numbers with names I dont even know and I only realised after I recharged on the 01 December 2025 and I have been phoning them almost everyday and up to this day I dont have wifi in my house, they keep on transferring my calls from one department to another. I am spending a lot of money to stay connected because I have to buy data for me and my kids of which I paid for the services which was not provided. No one is willing to help. I asked them to refund me my money and I will look for another service provider that take their customers seriously. Their service is so bad, from day one when their consultant came to our area telling us about openserve and the prices, to our supprise after connecting the price changes and when you call no one is willing to help, I have been repeating myself since the 01 December 2025. today 10 December 2025 I spoke to 12 people from Openserve and no one can assist me. Im disgusted by the service I get from openserve and I feel they are desrespecting me and they dont take me serious or this is how they make money. Busi Ncongwane
Good day I sent a message regarding Matrix on the 14th May 2025 and they promised to get back to me as i was requesting for the refund because I did not get the service I was paying for, instead when I queried they gave me a new contract. Regards Busi
I phoned Matrix offices on the 18 March 2025 and spoke to Nontobeko Khumalo and she promised to call me the following day with all the details I have required, and she did not call, I phoned them on 20 March 2025 and on the 25 March 2025 and no assistance. I am unhappy with the services I am getting from Matrix, and I have explained to them that I want my money back as I have never received any services from them and the reason they have never contacted me is because they did not have all my details, however they have been deducting money from my account every month, including insurance for wipers, battery, brakes, electrical fault, fuse, globes, diagnosis and wiring. When I wanted to claim for wipers I was told that the company they had a contract with does not exist anymore. They later sent me new documents as if I am a new client, which does not make sense to me, I asked them to please refund me my money from September 2021 to February 2025 if my policy is starting in February and I have never received any services from them. Kindly assist because I have emailed them and no one is responding to my emails or giving feedback on my questions or getting my money. Regards Busisiwe Ncongwane
Good morning, I phoned Fidelity and request them to install a tracker on my car, on the 11 November 2024 and they came and installed it, on Saturday 23 November 2024 the car couldn't start and it shows on their app that the engine has been disabled, I phoned them to come and assist and no one came to assist, I have been phoning everyday more that 5 times a day and no one is willing to assist, they tell me someone will call me and no one is phoning me, today is Friday and I cannot use the car. I am using the car for business, and I lost income for the whole week as no one is willing to assist me, I am so frustrated, and I don't know what to do anymore. please assist because i feel it is unprofessional and unfair the way Fidelity is treating me. I feel they must also pay me the money I should have made this week. They operate like they don't even know what they are doing.
I logged a claim for my house insurance after we had an earthquake in Boksburg on the 11 June 2023. they have sent their assessor to check the damage and gave feedback to standard back, they sent their contractor to do the job and not everything was fixed, and they used poor quality material. the fletcher boards are falling, and the paint is peeling, I phoned Standard Bank even sent an email last year and this year. they sent the contractor on the 09 February 2024 to check, and he confirmed the damage, up until now nothing has been done and no one is communicating with me. I am not happy with the service I am getting from Standard Bank.
I app**** for a Fibre line with Axxess in January 2023 and I was told it will be installed within 30 days, I waited for almost 2 months, I had to call them and ask why is it taking two months of which you said within 30 days? I was told that they forgot to assign the ticket to the technician. It was installed within that week I phoned them and I was told to pay in order for them to activate the line of which I did, up until today it is not working, I have been phoning almost every day and you'll be on the line with them for more than one hour, they don't care, what is worse they don't even record that you phoned yesterday and every day you must repeat the same thing over and over again. Another thing, while you busy with the consultant and it's their time for lunch they don't even tell you or say I'll call you back they just put the phone down, when you call they tell you it is the consultant lunch time. I have been doing all different kinds of commands on my computer, ping test, configuration and nothing is working. I asked them that I want to cancel the contract and I was told I must give one month notice and when I ask notice for what because I'm not using the services, they are saying it's the rule, they only worry about their side not the customer. They sent me an invoice for March and I told them not to deduct money from my account because I didn't use internet and they continued to debit my account. I have been calling asking for my money and no one is listening to me. You ask to talk to the manager and you are not allowed to talk to the manager. The staff attitude is very bad, I have never seen a company like this. Please assist me to get my money back and cancel the contract. I'm not willing to give a month notice. I have spent more than a thousand rand on calls phoning them everyday and have to buy data to be able to use the internet. Regards Busi
On the 16 August 2022, home choice delivered goods at my house and I was at work, I was surprised because I didn't order anything, the next day I phoned them to collect the boxes because I never phoned them to place any order and I don't know where they got my details. They came after 2 or 3 days. I received a call from them accusing me that I stole some of the things that were in those boxes of which I didn't even open the boxes, they are now threatening me that my name will be black listed and they will take legal actions against me for something I didn't even order or take.
