In the beginning of Feb I emailed Old Mutual among other places to inform them of change of my banking details. End of Feb surprised when they tried to deduct off my old account.... so I have debit order rejection fees. After this I have sent no less than 10 emails explaining that they will have to start deducting again at the end of March as I now have fees to pay because they did not do their job (all the other places did) Now after all this i receive a call now from them trying to deduct my account (wrong account) and that i should rather go into the branch to change the details. I have also informed them that if they double deduct my account end of March I will cancel my policy as this is not my fault.
So disappointed in Dis-chem, I placed a order for delivery on Monday. No updates received. Yesterday I sent a online inquiry.... no answer. Today I call and I'm placed on hold for over 6 min just for them to tell me they will get someone to call me. Receive a call back they tell me 3 of my products are out of stock. They could have called to tell me this.... they refund the amount for out of stock products to store credit. I go to check the refund and the store credit dissappear. I call immediately... . Im still waiting for a call back. So where has my refund gone?
poor service. waited over a hour for our food and it arrived cold. not once did someone check up on us but the "waitress" that had only served us drinks once was quick to stop us on our way out asking if we had paid. place was not even busy and that's the service we get. they are expensive and the food is not worth it. they will not see us again.
Terrible service from Ram. 2 items arrived in P.E on Saturday it is now Tuesday and still no delivery. When I called I waited 5 mins for my call to be answered when I explained that the parcel has been in p.e since Saturday the gentleman tells me o we don't work on weekends. I told him I understand but it is now Tuesday, he says the driver will call me shortly to give me a time on delivery.... 30 min has now passed and still no call. This is pathetic.
I am so upset with vodacom as my saga with them still carries on. I was advised to go to the vodacom repair center.... did that and they inform me they might have to book my phone in for a second time. Please note that in over a month since we upgraded I have had less than 2 weeks use of the phone. But o boy we can be sure come month end I will receive a bill and be debited a amount for a phone I have hardly used.
My husband and I got upgrades on our contracts, decided to go with the phones we like ( not cheap at all ). I had my phone all of 5 days when it started making flashing lines at the top and bottom of the screen when I am on whatsapp. Book the phone in through the store we got them from...... 2 weeks later I receive my phone back after so many calls and whatsapp messages to the store..... they "tested" the phone and found nothing wrong. I set the phone up... 5 mins in it starts doing the same thing. Mind you its only on watsapp so apparently they don't see it as a big deal. I did not select a cheap phone and I feel I should not have to sit with a faulty phone for 3 years because they don't feel like doing their jobs.
Bought a expensive clipper for my husband. After 2 uses it stopped worked the screen would not come on and the machine would not switch off we had to let the battery run flat, i booked a return that same day. It took them 2 weeks and countless emails to collect the machine from me. Now another week later and 10 more emails they inform me that the machine has yet to arrive at homemark for checking. So 3 weeks later i am out R600 and a clipper. Will never buy from them again
So unhappy at the moment. We placed a online order for a upgrade last week. Gave them my husbands contact number but the call the wrong number. Yesterday via the online chat i was told 3 differant stories and now they say the order is waiting confirmation as they could not reach my huaband. We have called in and we get told that our call cannot be transfered we have to wait for them to call us. Today the excuse is the system is down. At this rate we will be canceling these contracts

So angry with cell c. I have not received my statement since july and my last contract with them is now due for upgrade/cancellation. I just called them to cancel the contract and was informed that my last debit order will now be double as i am month to month and the special ia no more valid. The more i ask why i was not called and offered a upgrade the more i get told it is not their job to know when my contracts need to be cancelled. Quick to offer you a contract and take your money..... now i must pay double because they are slack in sending paperwork. All contracts now cancelled and they will never hear from me again
