If you dare take any premium from my car I will reverse my debit order. You have harrassed me even after I have sent proof of insurance with OUTsurance who have way better service than you will ever have. You are not MFC. You are a partner of MFC. I have not authorised any insurance and will not be taken for a fool. I will also report you and MFC to the Consumer Commission and the SAPS to open a case of ***** if money is taken from my account.
I have received numerous emails and messages saying that my premium will go up. I have sent you proof of payment and will make sure OUTsurance phones Motor Happy to deal with you. If you add any insurance to my vehicle I will reverse my debit order and contact the Consumer Commission. You cannot have 2 insurances on one vehicle.
I have now been called over 40 times. I asked for an online quote not for 50 insurances companies to phone me 50 times yesterday and already 20 calls today. I did not consent for you to give my number out to anyone. It's against the popii act.
I have just tried to cancel my month to month contract. The first time I phoned they lady transferred me to the wrong department. Then I phoned again, the rudest woman ever, and she couldn't help me. What a waste of my airtime. Mtn service is absolutely terrible.
Very disappointed with the Mr Price Money collectors department. I have been harassed for the last couple of days because I need to make payment, which I had already done on the 17th of April! I also get paid on the 15th, and they are privy to this. Obviously their systems don't update. The lady who spoke to me was very arrogant and rude to me. I will be paying this account off and closing it. I see you also have until the 7th of each month to pay. Well it's the 3rd not the 7th. I will continue to shop in store. The staff are way more accommodating to the customers needs.
Was so excited to purchase a Demo Toyota corolla cross xs found on the cars website. I had been contacted immediately by their salesperson. He spoke a good game giving us assurance that our deal for the vehicle was in good standing, kept in contact even as far as to start evaluating my car. Last week Friday he told us to come up on Saturday to test drive and sign. As it was too busy to drive into durban we couldn't come down. No word from him. Messaged him on Sunday and no reply. Then on Monday he told me he was busy with month end and would phone us back. Still no phone call, when I messaged again today. He told me the car was signed for on Friday by another salesperson and paid for today. No communication and then was unprofessional I'm his messages to me. Imagine if we had drove from pmb to dbn.
