Ive beeen waiting for prime to resolve a third party claim and there are not since February. No one has assisted and I am being sent sheriffs to my work place . I received the below email: “WOP” Good day, We note no feedback/finalisation from your offices. Kindly be advised that we will now proceed with summons against your insured and insist on legal costs due to the delay on this matter. @Legal13 please proceed to prep file for urgent summons against Zinhle Nkwezi – 9204160510086 // instruct Sheriff to serve summons at work address.
Third party claim is not helping me. I’m getting summons from my the other party because no one is responding from that department. This is stressful. Tshegofatso is the person not responding to emails
I did my Down’s syndrome test via lancet last month and the guys that assisted where kind enough to advise me that I could pay my amount in 3 months instalments, which I opted for and gave the 25th as my debit date. End of the month my account wasn’t debited and I recieved a text stating that I was owing. I called the accounts department TWICE to report this and asked to set up a debit order for these payments. BOTH agents told me they couldn’t set up a debit order and that someone would call me back to assist with the debit order. I’ve been waiting since. The accounts department/ finance department service is appauling to say the least. I waited on the line for sooo long for someone to lie and tell me I’d get a call back!!
So far I am satisfied with this company. Top tier service.
Biggest ****mer, they created a debit I had no idea about. I dont even what the company is nor what it does next thing I’m being debited R120
If you black you get mediocre service. Waiters will pass you and run after white customers. The service is bad. I sat waiting to be assisted, I saw people walking out because of not being attended to and decided to wait until they decided to do the same.
Loooooooved my perfumes. Quick delivery and I loved my samples.

For the past 2 days I have been left without internet. Called into support a million times and finally reached an agent by name of Jabulile who told me I should put off my router and put it on back after 10 minutes and boom she was gone. 15 minutes waiting on the line and I'm told I should turn my router and on and off and that didn't even help. Pathetic service, I'm really disappointed with rain!!!
