TERRIBLE!!!! Upgraded my contract without giving permission! struggling for 2 months now to fix it and they keep deducting the “new” amount that is almost doubled! Rewardsco promised me a credit a month ago but still nothing!!!

TERRIBLE SERVICE!!!!!
TERRIBLE SERVICE!!!! Ordered a dishwasher, arrived almost 2 weeks after I ordered! The courier service JD Group that delivered was terrible! Never experienced a courier company that deliver as they did! My dishwasher was completely damaged! Next morning I phoned incredible connection to please come and fetch it and send me a new one. I am still waiting for them to come and collect it and it is almost a week now! Doubt I will get a new one before end of this year! I will never ever buy something from Incredible conmection again!

TERRIBLE
TERRIBLE service Rented a car on the 25th of July, gave it back on the 25th of July (rented for a few hours) and the rental case is still open and I still have a pending amount on my card. According to them there is damage done while it was rent, pick the car up with that damage. Every time I am phoning about this case there is a different story.

TERRIBLE SERVICE AGAIN!! I shipped a parcel from South Africa to USA. I figured out that the parcel was delivered at the wrong address in the USA and DHL cannot assist me in finding this parcel to deliver it to the correct address! That is terrible service as it is a very important package

BAD BAD BAD SERVICE
BAD service!!!!! Supervisors/Managars promise to call you back to sort out a situation and I am still waiting! They just dont want to assist you!!! 3rd time in a row , 3 different packages, expensive shipment of R10k plus and all 3 times the money was taken twice from our account. I had to struggle weeks to sort it out!

Sixty60 Checkers BAD
Ive used the Sixty60 app on 18th August 2022. The order got cancelled as the app gave problems. They deducted money from my account and I am still stuggling to get those funds back!! Ive phoned almost 20 times, every single time someone is promsing me they will sort it out! I am still waiting for someone to assist me!!
