My first time purchasing from Temu. Purchased 11 items….TWO WHOLE items are actually of a decent quality and met my expectations. The other 9 items will just have to find new homes….or bins!

I was waiting outside of the store, in clear view of the staff, since 09:50, for the store to open. When the store opened, another customer was helped before me. When I voiced my disapproval to Bathobile, she was extremely rude and unwilling to accept the “first come..first serve” rule. The music in the store was so loud, I couldn’t place my order without screaming Extremely poor customer service…Extremely rude teller Unprofessional …terrible start to an, otherwise, beautiful day.
On the 30th March, I dropped my vehicle off at OR Tambo, with VAPS, like I’ve been doing, for the passed 10+ years. I received a call on Tuesday 01 April around 14:00 from Charl, to say that another cars breaks had failed and my car was damaged in the accident. I was naturally very upset and upon inquiring as to why I wasn’t contacted immediately, I was told that they had tried to call me several times, but was unable to reach me. That was lie number one. I requested photos of the damage. I was given photos of only the bumper and not the damage to the boot. That was lie number 2. I was first told that I should have my car repaired via my insurance. When I refused, I was then told that they accept that it was their fault and will repair the damages when I bring the car to them again. I refused again. When I asked to speak to the manager/owner, I was told that the owners were away on holiday. After several calls, in trying to resolve the issue, I was told to bring the car in and they would take it to a panel beater of their choice. When I asked for details about their panel beater, in order for me to do the necessary inquiries before leaving my car there, he stopped answering calls and responding to messages. I will repair my vehicle at my own cost. I will never use your services again. I advise anyone reading this review to please reconsider leaving your vehicle with this parking company as they do not accept responsibility for damages which were incurred by them, on their property.
Firstly, you should remove the billboard and signage outside of your dealership, which says “Trust Dealership “ You are NOT to be trusted. We purchased a used vehicle and specifically asked that the car battery be checked and replaced should need be, at our own cost. We payed cash for the vehicle . A month later, the car wouldn’t start, due to a flat battery. When I brought the car in, despite knowing very well that you sold me a car with a faulty battery, You had the audacity to say I left a door open or a light on, resulting in the flat battery. You played innocent and returned the vehicle to me, after having charged the faulty battery. A month later, on Christmas Day, the vehicle would not start again, and the battery light appeared on the dashboard. After having being embarrassed again, for having to jump start the car, the car was booked into VW for a diagnostics check. Less than 20 minutes later, they called to inform me that the car battery was defective. And there was absolutely no other issue. 1. Stop cheating customers 2. Buyers intending to buy from this dealership, should first check the battery before taking ownership of the car. 3. Better still, do yourself a favor and purchase your vehicle elsewhere.
