I went to collect my orders on Monday but the staff at the pick up point said it had already been collected on Saturday but i have not collected it. Under my orders on the website it shows i must still collect. Once i Got home i received an email that the items had been collected because they scanned the qr code when i was there on Monday.This happened on Jan 26. I received these emails but nothing has been resolved as of yet. Ordered a replacement keyboard for a HP Laptop, had to wait 8 weeks for it. When i finally received it the layout was not qwerty but some other european keyboard layout and cost R2 259.00. All they said was "our supplier" cant take it back. Will never be buying anything here again.
My account was suspended and no one let me know anything, only when i tried using the account did i realise its not working and has been suspended. I gamble on onsite casino's in RSA and the winnings gets paid into that account but now all of a sudden they are doing a investigation to see where the money is coming from. The client means nothing to this bank. Best of all it is going to take 40 working days to do the investigation and i cant access the account. Worst sevice of all banks in the world!
Had a problem that my previous ISP could not resolve so i moved to Cool Ideas and their support is great, they resolved the problem. Great support Buhle and Maureen!
This was the most unorganized event i have ever had the displeasure of attending. When arriving at the event we saw 3 or 4 extremely long que's and accepted it was to get tickets as we had paid online already. After standing nearly 2 hours in the que we were told that people who bought online tickets must stand in another que not this one. We are old people who wanted to take our grandchildren to have fun, we couldnt stand another 2 hours in the que and then go stand another hour in que to do an activity. There was no clear signs or people that worked there that could ( wanted ) to help. Totally useless! We wasted R800 on a piece of paper that done nothing.
Ordered blinds online by them on the 7/5/2024, three weeks later and still nothing. They dont even answer their phone or emails. Starting to think this is a **** company, rather order from blindsonline.co.za.
Do not fall for this pyramid scheme called bestbuysa.net. You have to pay money to someone you dont know and then after doing **** tasks you earn "commission" and you get paid by another poor fool that was ****med too. Eventually they make the deposits so high you cant afford to pay it and you loose everything. Please stay away.
Only reason im writing this review is because i am not getting any answer to my question. On the App there is a function called Fund Account Electronic. There you can deposit money into your OM account from any bank card / credit card. It stopped working almost a year ago...not just on my phone but on other people i know too. Money Account Support is USELESS! They keep sending me the same steps to do to rectify the problem and it does not work. If the function doesnt work anymore just say so, dont string me along with stupid excuses or incompetent support staff.
They advertise buy two chicken burgers at Mochachos & receive 1 Free in an email sent to me. There is nowhere specified of a promotional code or anything else. So i ordered the two chicken burgers and received just the two i ordered, the "special" as advertised did not happen. I sent a query to them and this is what they answered. I have been trying to cancell my membership to no avail. I contacted The First Group and they said send an email to support@firstloyaltyplus.co.za and then they will cancell it. I have sent numerous emails to various First Group address' but just to be ignored. The membership fee keeps going off on my bank. This is a real scam.
