Hellopeter I’m writing this review to Standard bank home loan .I’ve been receiving phone call from different numbers stating that our home loan account is in arreas but they debit every month.They don’t treat us right .Can the please clear this confusion and email us with a proof or call us.
I am sick of Avbob they deduct on my persal now i recieved msg stating that i must pay 194 I paid now they are saying i owe 487 and my policy will lapse but they deducted for September month on my pay slip. yoooo I am sick and tired now. I called them they keep on saying they will report the matter. They will never call you or email you
Hello peter i’m coming from Delft SAPS were only 3 client Constable Cupido a female was assisting us.Two ladies ask us if they can ask her a question we said no problem.They ask her and she end up assisting them we told her they wanted to ask she ignore us .I call her four time saying Ma’am she ignore me until I said Mama Cupido then she told me she is going to help them even if they were at the back.She took more than 20 minutes after that she left us standing with out any explanation. Her attitude is bad for someone who is working with a community.My approach was professional but she acted wrong. Constable Bosaya assisted us and by then the line was very wrong.I am very dissapointed and i feel like she only care about certain race .She assisted those two colour lady and 1 coloured gentle man after that left us with out saying anything we were Africans .At least you tell the people that i am going to use the bathroom or I’m coming back.
They listen to their client Advice them and explain everything about the policy
I failed my eye test then went to Spec-savers Westgate Mall in Cape Town. I was checked by optometrist that was on duty Thursday. I went back to traffic department then they told me i failed the eye test I must go back and ask if they can check me with glasses.I went back and explained everything but he told me i must do full eye check up and i will get my results after 2 weeks. I tried to explain but I failed. I decided to go to Phillip Junction Spec-saver they assisted me I waiting for my glasses now and I app**** for my Pdp. Thank you Phillip Junction .Westage Mall spec-saver I am very disappointed and i used my petrol for nothing and you failed to listen to me. regard X
Tuesday at work old mutual representative ask to assist me with cash back on my policy ask me to sign consent form and now i see a new policy on my old mutual App I need agree on this 10 K cover.I reported this on old mutual ***** department and i am also taking this platform.We will never trust them again.And this thing deduct on our persal they took long before the cancelled
Hellopeter 6 of January i went to Kuilsriver Old Mutual i was help by the gentleman I forgot his name i went there to change my surname.I was not happy the way he assisted me but i kept quiet.Now on my pay slip there is 455.that is debited for Old Mutual GL I don’t even know and its on my persal. I need help please This is ***** i never signed for it
Hellopeter I am taking this platform to complain about Vuma or Fly.cool wifi .They terminated their connection on the 28 last month.and this month they terminated it last night.I’ve been asking them to terminate it on the 30th of each month but they said we don’t have contract. I just borrowed money now to connect. My sister inlaw is paying on the 28 of each month never paid after or before. I emailed them and sent them WhatsApp but no response. I hope they will respond now after this review Regard X
Hellopeter directaxis didn’t debit on Friday which is was my pay day and this morning they sent a message stating that they blacklist me.I am very disappointed with them I ended up paying them due to number of sms from there collection department. So funny now they attemptted to debit and the is no money on my savings account becouse i paid already. They are messing up my bank because insufficient fund also charges you. Very frustrating and disappointing. Regard
Hellopeter this complain is about Vuma WiFi i asked them several times if at least they can terminate their service on the month end but they are failing to do that.Example now I borrowed money to pay them next month they will terminate their connection on the 28. Why can’t they meet their clients halfway i being asking and asking them. Regard X
