Worst thing online service! If you buy online and want to exchange the size you must go to various Adidas shops to look for the right size! Completely beats the purpose of online shopping convenience!
DONT BUY ADDIDAS = BAD SERVICE Bought from Addidas through their direct marketing on Instagram. They dont respond to emails, calling them you get to a call centre overseas and they advise they dont do exchanges, I must go to a shop and look for the right size! Completely beats the purpose of online shopping. Been send to two shops to look for the right size! Addidas what a joke!
If there was a lower score BMW Sandton would have won it! *********** staff and workshop! The service advisor and manager are not trained and make stories up as they go! Wrong milage recorded on my vehicle and now it cannot be changed. Whats even worse is they dont even pick up major issues when you take the vehicle in for service! My engine and gearbox mounting were torn and the engine was shaking inside my engine bay. I was informed by the *********** staff if you bring it in for service they only do they service. When I asked how regularly they check mountings the clown could not answer it. Basically BMW expects you to breakdown next to the road before they check anything else! Best not to rely on BMW as they have lost touch with their clients and think they are above their own incompetence! Sell your BMW and rather buy Ford or Toyota!

STAY AWAY FROM WEBAFRICA I signed up for internet services with Webafrica on 16 April 2024, numerous calls and follow ups still to this date (7 May 2024) still no response or internet. Now I cant even cancel the application! Webafrica's whatsapp services is non-responsive and call centres seems like they do not know what to do. Yesterday I canceled my application telephonically through the sales call centre and requested confirmation per email it is cancelled. Followed up today for the confirmation and was advised that my application was not cancelled.
FRAUDSTER! Came and did a leak detection and said there is this new technology that you pump into the pipe system that will fill leaks where it comes into contact with air. 10year warranty on this in-line pipe repair. All kinds of excuses and eventually it was just the one toilet overflowing with an adjustment on the overflow valve. This Charl Christiaan Smit/De Villiers also known as Watertech Property Maintenance is a fraud, the cell phone number on the website does not belong to him and the address on the invoice is an empty plot. We lost R7500 to this fraud. Do not trust him.
Worst service ever, DONT BANK WITH FNB! App service is the most frustrating experience ever, if you lodge a query you have to copy and paste it at least another 3 times into the query to get a response as the automated services and consultants keeps on transferring the query. I have now struggled for 7 months with KYC compliance, all documents submitted then FNB keeps on asking for the same documents over and over again, last phone call with FNB KYC it became clear they did not even bother reading the documents to confirm. Ref: 34015448 call with FNB consultant resulted in nothing as consulted refused to provide her email address so I can follow up. Name of consultant Mrs. Gabie Mbuli and her supervisor Mr. Luvo Luvo promised to call back the same day, despite all the promises and undertakings no call was received to this day! I have been banking with FNB for almost 14 years and intend to move my business banking, personal banking already moved to a better bank!
