I’ve cancelled my application in less than 24 hours after opening it. Now I’m struggling as I can’t close my account because it still flags that I’m under debt busters which I’m not. Dealing with Ntomba and her team leader is something else because I sent out an email and today is day 2 with no feedback nor any communication. I can’t settle my loan and no one from that company is taking any accountability. When you open an application everything is easy and you suffer towards the end. I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone including my enemy. People responsible for no feedback nor communication is Ntomba Mayirha & Rethabile Nohashe. I would like someone higher than them to assist with dealing with this matter today as this is affecting my profile. Dealing with the call centre is the worst as they always lie
On the 17th of January 2026, I lost my Uncle who was admitted at Tshepo Themba hospital in ICU ward. I understand that the are certain policies and procedures. When I arrived during visiting hours and seeing my Uncle condition getting worse I spoke to a Male Nurse by the name of Sfiso Zondo who had attitude that is out of this world. My Uncle was on life support and he couldn’t do much and Sfiso was the worst nurse to deal with. The incident happened on Friday the 16th and on the early hours of the 17th my Uncle passed. It was so painful because I had to beg for respect from this nurse which he didn’t care because that not his family sleeping in that bed. I wouldn’t recommend people to go there as what we’ve experience is the worst. Up to today I blame everything on Sfiso, maybe if he listened the pain could have been better. If this the service Tshepo Themba staff gives to patients then it should be changed from private to government hospital.
The worst service received from Nthabiseng Mpila. She send me an email requesting for documentation which I’ve submitted and had to follow-up regarding the submitted documents after a day of no communication and the response was very terrible as the attitude on the email that was sent was out of this world. The worst part is that she doesn’t acknowledge her mistake and still continue using her attitude on emails. After I sent out emails again and the was no communication. She needs to understand not everyone work in the same field as she does and the terms used not everyone understands them. Customer service is very important. I’ve been with M-sure for the longest up until I traded in my car and the experience was the worst as I had to run around to find the invoice as the email it wasn’t clear and specific. I even had to call in as I was getting irritated and spoke to Thando Nonjokwe who knew how to explain what was needed. Employees like Thando are to be value as they know how to treat customers.

My Mom out in a claim for her withdrawal and keeps on getting the same email that she must sent documents and documents were sent numerous time with an acknowledge. Whenever you ask for a call from seniors no one calls. No feedback given at all. Thee worst company to deal with. Rakesh Jivan Never gives feedback. Worst manager to deal with.
MTN call centre service is Pathetic. I called in and spoke to Lusanda Dyantyi and she hang up on the call on me while I was asking for a confirmation email that they can't blacklist cellphones at night. I've been having my contracts with MTN since from 2019 and the service is just getting worse and worse. I just hope the CEO of MTN offer training to their employees as they're not represent the companies good values.
The service that I personally got from Miway Blink is Pathetic!!! 1st it was with my glass claim were i got attitude from the person who was handling my claim ( Prudence Komape) and know I am having difficulties of cancelling my policy. I won't recommend this insurance to anyone. I made a big Mistake insuring my car with them. Still struggling with my refund for my windscreen chip claim:1803286 even now with no help of insurance, that time they debit every month with no service. MIWAY BLINK HAS THE HORRIBLE SERVICE EVER!!
I cancelled my contract with MTN as I had 4 phones with them and one I paid it off and asked cancelled it. Called the MTN call center and the lady who was assisting me dropped the line as she was giving me incorrect information and I was still billed for the cellphone that I cancelled and paid off. MTN they are good when it comes to calling clients when they due for an upgrade otherwise their service is pathetic and poor. I wouldn't recommend MTN to anyone.
